Feb 22,2024I was misstreated because I asked for the status of my order and a tentative delivery date. I was already waiting for the delivery since 14 days ago and still without a tentative delivery date. Thus, i told them to provide that information and because this did not look well i told them that I will cancel my order. They asked me to take my business somewhere else because they will not tolerate to be threatened. Miracously, a more precise tracking of my order was sent after my complain sent to their customer service.

Jan 13,2024I have Neuropathy and the price of Meds without insurance in the US is quite ridiculous. I came across Kiwi's website in 2017 and being quite hesitant (I don't trust the internet) I decided to give them a try. It's now 2024 and I'm still purchasing through Kiwi "without" incident. Along those years there has been on occasion a lost order but I'm here to tell you they always made it right. I'm totally impressed with Kiwi and will continue to be a "Loyal Customer". Yes, it does take some time to get these products but you have to be patient. My lost orders was never a Kiwi issue, it was a USPS issue (Not a Shocker) But, again, Kiwi Will make it right. Being a Skeptic of the world of internet I trust Kiwi 100%, their very good people to deal with and trusting. Thank You Kiwi for who you are and what you do, You Guys are Awesome !!!

Nov 23,2023I've used Kiwi for years, mainly for my migraine medicine. I appreciate the ease of purchasing and the quality of the drugs and their customer service is top notch. The only slight negative is shipping time. You cannot wait until you need a drug to purchase it. Shipping can be anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks. Bottom line, I've checked out a lot of international pharmacies and Kiwi is definitely a pharmacy i prefer. UPDATE: I checked and Kiwi is correct. Shipping/Delivery is much faster than I thought.

Oct 07,2023Been using Kiwi for several years now to get my Asthma meds and have never had the slightest issue. They always ship fast and I almost always have them within 2 weeks using the standard shipping. They update me on the tracking status throughout the entire time. The few times i needed customer service they were prompt and handled the issue well.
