I've been buying -actually subscribing- my wife's migraine meds from Kiwi Drug for eight years. They price well below GoodRx. The one time a shipment didn't make it to me, Kiwi replaced it with an easy email exchange with customer service.

Excellent way to receive prescription medication. I honestly never knew what I was missing before. This is my preferred way to receive any medication I need. I truly can't overstate how great kiwidrug is.
Over the years, I've used a few Canadian pharmacies. When the pandemic started, prices rose on those sites for the medication I needed, so a friend recommended Kiwi. I was hesitant as it seemed so far away from the USA. I checked the medication's price on Kiwi and it was significantly lower, so I decided to try them out. I'm so grateful to Kiwi now, as their prices have not risen at all, and their shipping is very speedy. My medication has to be kept cool, so they ship it with ice packs plus wool wrapping (happy to see the environmentally conscious packing). It arrives every three months like clockwork. Unlike some of the other mail-order pharmacies, I don't get telemarketing calls from Kiwi. Everything is professionally handled by email and my transactions have been safe. Am very glad they exist!
Not only do they deliver very quickly, their prices are excellent, and they communicate every step of the process. I thought I had made a mistake on my order, they responded in just a few hours with what turned out to be a no problem response, The messages were from a real human being (not a robo like response). I will certainly continue to use their service, and I recommend them for everyone.
In the last 4 years of shopping with Kiwi Drug, my meds are always on time, with multiple shipping updates, so I know where exactly my package is located and when it will be delivered.
Very good customer service and follow thru. Plus, exceptional pricing. Only problem has been with getting the product I want on time. However, there is a worldwide shortage of this product so I can't blame Kiwi. I highly recommend them.
I have purchased my Diabetes type 2 from Kiwi for the last 10 years. They saved me because I don't have insurance. I have always had a great experience with them. 5 stars from start to finish.
Months of stupid messages back and furth and never got my purchase at the end. Beware! Idian Scammers! Kiwi: Please advise the Province for your address so that we can ship your order Me: Province: Stockholm län. City: Stockholm Kiwi: I’ve spoken to our manager and he’s said that Unfortunately without a state we aren’t able to process the order as cant override it on the system. If there’s anyway you could ask the customer if either of the states I posted above would be the correct one that would be great and then I’ll be able to process the order straight away for you. These are the options I'm being given. I've googled it and it says Stockholm is on the borders of Uppsala County and Sodermanland County, both of which are on the list but won't let me choose both unfortunately. If possible could you clarify which one it would be please as I don't want to choose one and it ends up being the wrong one and the customer's order doesn't get delivered. Me: Its very simple, I live in Stockholm County. Stockholm is the capital of Sweden. I live in the heart of the capital. The profince, county, city, state or whatever other terms you use they're all called Stockholm! You seriously didn't find the capital of Sweden in your system? Just write the address exactly like I gave you and it should be no problems. I never mentioned Uppsala or Södermanland, they are other cities, and should not be in my address. Would the other Evorel brand work? Me: Regarding the Evorel, change it with any other brand you have no less than 50 in dosage. About the address, I find that hard to believe, Stockholm is a province too, and its a European capital, its not a small village in nowhere. However, I made this small purchase to test if you really are a legitimate pharmacy, and it doesn't look good so far. Don't even expect me to pay more for the other brand of medicine. I'm by the way a respected member in many Swedish forums and on Reddit and my reviews there will affect you badly. Kiwi: Regarding the address - this is a portal system (PharmacyWire) created by a Canadian company that online pharmacies around the world use (however most their pharmacy clients are in Canada and ship primarily to the US), it's not the actual postal system - so it is believable. We are not arguing with you that they are wrong, they are completely wrong and need to fix their system. We will update you soon. If at any time you wish to cancel before it has shipped for a refund just let us know, but we are messaging them again now to check on the status of this fix. Me: Any updates on the shipping? Is the medicine shipped yet? Kiwi: We are going to go ahead and refund your order in full and ship it free for these delays. Please allow 1-3 working days for the refund to show on your card. We are STILL processing your order, but this delay is unacceptable. The last update from our UK team was they were having their pharmacy portal tech team fix their system so they could put "Stockholm" or nothing at all as the Province. I messaged them again for an update and will let you know soon Me: No problem, I just hope this doesn't happen every time I purchase as I was planning to become a frequent customer. Me: My order LE581971642GB is still at the customs here in Sweden since 23d of august. I talked to them and they said they gonna check the package manually because the sender declared the package as medicine, and it's illegal to buy medicine from outside EU in Sweden, even with a prescription. They say the package may therefore be returned to sender soon. Kiwi: Why do you order medicines you know can't be imported? We cannot know the laws for over 20,000 medicines in over 200 countries. Do the permutation math on that. Me: You're either to young or to stupid. That's how it works in the real world: A company has the option to activate och disactivate shipping to regions or countries. The private customers are not required to know the rules. IF the company offers shipping to a certain country, that means you have already done your research and KNOW shipping is possible to this country. I could report you to the authorities for fraudulent business trying to ship illegal items. Can't complain I made a mistake filling out the the questionnaire and they alerted me to it. So that took a day delay for my shipping once it was shipped it came extremely quick. Both packages were package extremely well despite crossing the Atlantic none of them were damaged at all. They actually arrived before their time was to arrive. Courteous service they care about their customers. They responded to an email very quickly. I highly recommend them. I believe I will be doing more business with them in the future.
