Mar 29,2024I rented Peugeot for 7days from 24th Feb to 2ndMarch 2024. Pick up the car at the airport from the lady at the office. Generally the lady is not friendly and very reluctant to answer my question. Upon handing over the key she was in the rush n told me she has another customer to take care but saw her sitting at her office with no customer after handed over the key to me. The car has problem less than 24hours whilst I was on the way at the highway. The car was replaced by another type of car and thereafter has no problems. The person whom I met for the replacement of car was friendly and good exchanged of informations. Returned the car was very smoothy done. Thank you very much for the person who handled the car upon returning the car. He was very professional. Hope that he can be a good example for the company on his professionalism and good behaviour. Also hope that the lady who handle me during pick up able to learn from him especially on her attitude. Thank you.

Mar 29,2024I always use Klass Wagen Hungary when I m in Budapest. Customer service is excellent, renting process is super smooth and easy, cars are in top condition, never had any issues. Everyone is very professional and helpful at this company. I do recommend them over any other car rental company in Budapest.

Mar 29,2024Highly recommend this company for everyone. Renting a car from the company since 2018 at least 2 times a year, never had any problems or disappointment always matched my expectations. I’m perfectly satisfied the service they offer. Pick me up from the airport take me to the office. Everyone very friendly and helpful and they never try to scam me, no hidden charges. Always pay in full before I arrive and spend maximum 10 minutes in the office and I’m ready to go. Everything always goes smoothly and fast. I would never rent from another company.

Mar 29,2024We enjoyed a very good car rental experience in Budapest. After a little confusion around the 'meet and greet' arrangement at the airport (it's actually a shuttle), we arrived at the Klass Wagen depot very close by. We were presented with a late model Opel Corsa, exactly as advertised, and enjoyed a great few days touring. Don't forget to call Klass on arrival to summon their shuttle. The overall experience was great, and the value was amazing. John Bale.

Mar 26,2024Cuidado con ellos, al cabo de un mes de mi regreso a España me hacen dos cargos en mi tarjeta de 170 € cada uno, total 340 € por supuestamente dos multas en Viena las cuáles las estuve mirando y en ninguna de las dos direcciones que vienen en la multa estuve yo, según ellos (Klass Wagen) te cobran 120 euros de la supuesta multa y 50 euros de gestión, 50 euros!! aparte, ni te avisan, directamente te hacen el cargo sin tu consentimiento, cuidado con esta empresa a la hora de dar vuestra numercación de la tarjeta que os puede salir muy caro.
