Apr 17,2025Discrepancy and Imposition of Excessive Charges for Vehicle Rental This document serves as a formal articulation of extreme dissatisfaction and grievance concerning a recent vehicle rental transaction conducted with Klass Wagen. The details of this transaction are as follows: * A booking was processed through Carjet, with a prepayment of €80.00 (Euros) having been duly executed. * The remaining balance stipulated for payment upon arrival was €124.00 (Euros). * Upon arrival at the Klass Wagen rental location, the provision of debit cards (two distinct forms) as the method of payment was deemed insufficient as they are accepting only CREDIT CARDS NOT VISA DEBIT CARDS. * Consequently, despite the prior prepayment and the stated remaining balance, a further charge of €394.00 (Euros) was levied as a prerequisite for the rental of a mid-size, non-luxury vehicle for a duration of seven (7) days. This additional charge of €394.00 (Euros) is considered exorbitant and demonstrably disproportionate. For comparative context, this exact financial outlay approximates the annual expenditure for road tax and insurance pertaining to a privately owned vehicle within a foreign country. Furthermore, it is a matter of significant concern that this amount is equivalent to half of the prevailing minimum monthly wage within the national economic framework of Hungary. The imposition of this substantial, unforeseen charge, predicated solely on the method of payment tendered, has resulted in profound disappointment and necessitates a complete reconsideration of any future engagement with Klass Wagen. Be advised that no further rental services will be sought from this entity.

Apr 16,2025J’ai loué une Opel Astra pendant 6 jours chez Klass Wagen à Budapest, et tout s’est déroulé de manière fluide et professionnelle du début à la fin. À l’arrivée à l’aéroport, un van est venu nous chercher rapidement pour nous emmener à l’agence située à quelques minutes. Accueil chaleureux, formalités simples, et j’ai récupéré une voiture en très bon état, propre et confortable. Durant ces 6 jours, j’ai traversé deux frontières (Slovaquie et Autriche) sans aucun souci. J’avais opté pour l’assurance complète, qui couvre entièrement le véhicule — ce qui m’a permis de rouler l’esprit tranquille. Le retour s’est fait très tôt, à 5h30 du matin. Malgré l’heure, un membre de l’équipe était déjà là pour m’accueillir, faire un check rapide du véhicule, me restituer ma caution en quelques secondes, puis nous raccompagner, ma famille et moi, à l’aéroport. Le tout pour environ 300 €, assurance incluse. Franchement, vu la qualité du service et la tranquillité d’esprit que cela m’a offert, je trouve ça imbattable. Je recommande Klass Wagen sans hésitation, et je repasserai par eux sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour en Hongrie !
