Jun 01,2024Do not rent from Klasswagen Budapest, they are scammers. I will explain their stratagem and technique to you. After making my reservation on application "Booking", paying the rental price and the insurance that goes with it for around ten days (a sum of around 300 euros), I arrive at the airport and a shuttle takes me back to Klasswagen which is about ten minutes away. from the airport, because yes it is an external and therefore independent company which hides in a place well out of sight to set up their scam in complete tranquility out of sight, you are clearly thrown into the wolf hole. Once I arrived at their offices, I just had to pay the deposit with my international VISA credit card, a deposit amounting to 2500€, I knew this in advance and it was not a problem, I had the funds for and the card that goes with it. And that's where the nightmare began, the employee used my card and told me that it didn't work and that it was a debit card and therefore he couldn't take the deposit, but my card is indeed a credit card that works in all European countries and even the world for leave a deposit. He used a fake internet website by typing my card number on it to try to convince me that my card was not a credit card but a debit card, except that unfortunately for him I knew this site and I knew it was a fake site used for scams. In no case are we informed when booking of this blackmail, they use applications like "Booking" to trap customers and extract money from them, it is unacceptable that they still agree to work with this company of car crooks that is Klasswagen Budapest. In fact, they do all this so that you end up giving in and taking option 1 which is the most profitable for them, because yes, in addition to the money given upon booking on the "Booking" site, they will pocket directly all the money from option 1, whereas with option 2 you just put down a deposit and they have nothing to gain since you get the deposit back later. Which means that after wasting two hours, lleft without a car, and with €300 lost forever in the pockets of Klasswagen Budapest, lost in the middle of Hungary having to call a taxi, because I refused to give in to their blackmail and that he did not want to reimburse me, saying that there was nothing he could do about it and that it was the service provider's problem. Avoid Klasswagen Budapest.

New and good cars I reserved a mini suv which was to small for me to drive, they gladly changed it, I returned an hour later as it was not comfortable for me and they changed it again and all this with a smile and no extra charge. May 27,2024I always purchase the full pack with them because I don’t want to have troubles on my trips to hungary and only want to enjoy my stay. And so it is, every time it’s fast and easy. Cars are always nice and clean, also the staff is very friendly. We will keep using their service!

May 26,2024came in a little late beacuse of a delay with the Aircompany, but no problem, called them up and less then 5 mins after the driver was there to pick me and my family up to go get the car. fast and easy at the office and even a small update from manual to automatic gear in an almost new car. no problems during the 18 days we had the car and when returning the car they came out and was ready to check the car etc. 10 mins later we where in the car and ready to go for the airport so all in all the perfect way to start and end our vacation. would definitly use them next time I need to rent a car in Hungary again.

Very cost effective nothing hidden and a top quality new car. Return the car and they will deliver you back to the airport. Will never go anywhere else.

The car price was excellent compared to other companies and they offer free shuttle from and to the airport 24/7. I totally recommend Klas Wagen
