Sep 05,2023We booked the car rental via Ryanair and bought a "full insurance" through Ryanair as well. It turned out that the insurance we bought was a fake one and only covers DKK18632,80. We have to either have very high deposit (2000euro) or buy an extra full insurance via Klasswagen. It was a very confusing situation. However, the service team was very patient and helpful. At first we want to cancel the booking, they still offering us fri transport back to the airport. After some through considerations, we changed mind and went back to them again. The service team was very patient to explain the different options for us and was very understandable of our frustrations. They even offer an upgrade fri for charge because they saw we went though a lot that day. Finally we choosed our prebooked car and everything went smoothly afterwards. Overall, great service and experience, highly recommend!

Aug 31,2023I just trusted the Budapest office of Klasswagen for the second consecutive year with providing us with a good and reliable family car. I'm again VERY glad I did. The proces of ordering went smoothly, the delivery at the office was very straight forward but also friendly and the car we received was just great. Fast forward through the 10 days holiday. Great driving and no problems at all! Then, returning the car took not even 10 minutes and off we went, being shuttled back to the airport. To summarize, a great car and really friendly and fast service :)

It can be better if they also have offices in the city center where I can pick the car up. The amount of the deposit was different to the anounce in the web page and I didn't know that it will be retained for 1 month

Except, the cars I had weren’t the same cars in my reservations, but no doubt, I’m going to rent from Klasswagen on all my coming trips whenever I found them on the options list. I hope you increase your branches globally.

Aug 30,2023Having used klasswagen 28 times in 2 years i think the service speeks for its self. Allways made to feal welcome polite staff easy hire quick pick-up and drop off and new cars . Make your hire as easy as mine and take the full waver insurance to make it the best expense possible.

Aug 30,2023The Shuttle took very long time to pick me up from the airport after a flight delay of more than an hour. When I talked to the representative that arrange the rental I was presented with two options one of which was more than three times the original price. The rep tried to scare me into talking the expensive deal and some of the info she gave me was just not true e.g. that the autobahn pass cost was 30 euros while in reality it was less than half of that (€14.45/£12.42) and she also implied that the car was not insured for theft and when I challenged that she backed off. The car was good though and the price was good.

From the moment I made the booking with my reference number BUD-13129914950, I was impressed. The vehicle provided was in fantastic condition, and the entire process was seamless.
