Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

May 18,2022Prompt service. Living in the US, I thought it could take a few weeks to receive my order. My jacket showed up in 4 days! Living in Texas where a cool day of riding is still 90 degrees F, I will say it's a little hot in stop and go traffic. The hot season hasn't hit us yet, but with expected triple digit temperatures coming next week, I will have a much better opportunity to give an honest review. The quality is second to none. The most important thing I can say right now is I feel extremely safe in my jacket. I've been riding for 45 years and this is by far the safest I have felt just by wearing a jacket. I'm 6' tall and weigh 210lbs, I wear a 34-36 pant size and have a 48" chest. I opted for the XXL. Fit is perfect.

May 18,2022Excellent equipment, I thankfully haven’t had chance to see its effectiveness in a crash, but it fits and looks amazing. Definitely use the size guide on their website as the sizing will be different to your normal purchase… but as long as you trust that, the fit and look is amazing!

May 15,2022Why four stars. The URBANE PRO MK2 which l brought, is fantastic. Good but tight fit. Very airy, good quality. me 190cm 106kg brought 4XL. fits for my shoulders bit short due to my tummy, but that has to go then perfect fit. Now for the reason of one star less. The trousers are really top quality and cool in hot weather. - point, in the size chart they say, your size then order one size smaller, which is confusing, why not change the chart? Anyway did this and the Trousers are still to big, on the bike ok, but if l want walk they just fall down. Very strange cut around the hips. I shall have to buy a belt. Otherwise great quality.

May 13,2022Equipment is very good but sizing was way out. I’m 6ft 14 stone with athletic build and usually L to XL in all clothes, jackets, T shirts etc, had to go to XXXL to fit. Delivery time is poor ordered another item a week ago and been told it’s going to be another 2 weeks, would have probably gone elsewhere if I’d known.

May 11,2022Ordered the Handroid pods. Fantastic gloves, except. The thumb on the left glove was longer and shaped differently than the right one. The normal thumb was perfect however the left one made maneuverability and feeling awkward. Customer service exchanged them no problem! All the other gloves by knox I tried on previously did not have this issue. This seems like a one off and it wasn't that much longer, it was just enough to be too much (1/4"). I would definitely buy gloves here again and they have been very accommodating during the entire exchange process.

May 10,2022Bought a pair of Knox jeans from Planet Knox. Ordering was straight forward with plenty of choices of delivery. Good communication from both the supplier and their courier. Package arrived within 24hrs, excellent service. However the jeans didn't fit, so had to be returned. There are clear instructions on the website as to the correct procedure, but I also contacted them to ensure a smooth return. All done at my choice of when and location. Again I could track the package and when my replacement was coming. I would definitely trade with this company again and if you sign up to emails they give you a 10% discount. They were the only company I could find in this country that supplied the jeans in a short leg length and with stock available. So I forgave them the fact that they don't price match which meant I paid an extra £30 compared to other suppliers who had the regular length jeans only. All in all a positive experience. Good communication both on the phone and email. Quick delivery and returns with tracking. Easy shopping experience and payment system. Thank you.
