OK, I was frustrated when I wrote my review. KrispCall's document verification process seems flawed because I was not able to verify my address with any documents even the one they suggested. However the support team is actually very good and lovely. I am not using there service but I wanted to say that.
I've been using their system for a few months now, and overall, it's been great. However, they need to improve their mobile application. On the positive side, their customer service is good and pricing is also reasonable.
Outstanding customer support and dependable service. Their system is not only reliable but also easy to use. To me, what sets them apart is their exceptional customer support. Wheneve I've had queries and issues, their team has been quick to respond and provide effective solutions.
The live chat people are EXTREMELY reactive! I had contacted them once at 3 AM GMT and once at 11PM GMT and their reply was instantaneous and straight to the point, Mike solved my issue in literally less than 5 min.
Based on my business requirement, krispcall has been an excellent choice for my business. Personally, I absolutely love it and consider myself a super user of krispcall. The cost savings are substantial, especially if you are making the switch from a traditional phone service.
Eventhoug the customer service was really fast in their responses, professional and polite, by no means I cant recommend the service unless it receives a complete refresh in a way they operate. Buying first a general fee from 15-40usd, then having problems verifying the payment which was supposed to take 24 hrs but ny little pressure was cut down to 5 hours. Then you had to buy a number separately and for my desired country Estonia (I live in Finland) it would in fact have been much faster and cheaper to get a ferry their and back from Helsinki for prepaid card. Also I became a aware that they offered only separate cards for sms and separate card for voice and on top of that you should buy credits to cover the messages and calls. So a lot of hidden costs plus the activation for the number would have taken 24-72hrs. Most people who require this kind of service are usually in immediate need for business reasons etc and there are a lot of things that you come accross only after you have paid the initial fee. Despite the good customer service unfortunately I cant recommend the service as such by any means. So I decided to use the unconditional refund process (still going on and expected to take 24-72hrs due to weekend so lets see how fast they will manage the refund) As far as I understood the company is Singapore based and I would assume this kind of company with asian workforce would work around the clock but every time they seemed to blame the delays caused by the operators. Then again they are the one who provide the service which in this kind of business should be automated, pricing transparent and I became aware that they have to do a lot of manual work. So still waiting for the refund but overall experience was unfortunately more than negative. Not recommended.
Krispcall is amazing! It has so many services that save me loads of time and make me super productive. It's integration with CRM is really good. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cloud telephony system

Very bad experience. But if I get a refund of my $21 which I paid for, I will come back to give my sincere good review and make an edit to this review too. Krispcall dumped me!, it wasn't included in their features of pricing that you will pay $15 for a Monthly subscription and also make payment for the number you need which ranges from $2, and $6 above. There are other charges for receiving and sending out SMS/CALLS. You will always be charged again for any action to the number in terms of getting code verification from any platform. After you make payment for all these, you won't be given the phone number. you will get another email where you need to submit several documents like a Government ID Card, Proof of Address, and others. If you're able to provide them with that, you will be placed on pending approval by their admin and if the admin doesn't approve your documents, you won't get the number after you have paid all the fees of about $21. I wasted money and this is a big scammer platform! Very bad experience.
I decided to give them a 5-star after experiencing their excellent customer support. I used Krispcall for personal use with a minimum subscription.
KrispCall is great tool and it got connected directly to our CRM Pipedrive and helped us to simply and automate our work efficiently. And the 2 way syncing on both platform is great and we don't miss any imp. info at all. I strongly recommend.
It is very user-freindly, and the convenience of being able to use it on both my loaptop and mobile is perfect for remote work. I highly recommend this application for any office or business setup.
