Apr 14,2021Ordered a helium balloon for my sons birthday. It looked great in the pictures on line, but arrived quite deflated & on the floor. It looked awful. This was really disappointing as there was no time to order another one & it was very expensive too. They did give us a full refund, but couldn’t send a replacement in time.

Apr 12,2021I ordered a personalised spoon for a birthday gift. Came type wasnt aligned..emailed them to advise of my disappointment was told as per web site delaration this is what can happen! Expensive lesson for me and disappointment.. please be aware of this fact before ordering

Apr 08,2021The picture is beautiful! However, I'm a bit dissappointed that nobody contacted me as i had made a spelling mistake and missed out the G in together. I think it was quite obvious i had missed a letter out, and they could have changed it for me, or emailed to ask if i had noticed? Yes, it was my fault, but thought they may have rectified it for me....gutted! Would have given 5 stars if it had been changed! *EDIT* Pleased to say Charlie contacted me and offered a replacement with the spelling mistake corrected,(for a small fee) and i am delighted! As promised i have changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you Charlie 😀

Apr 08,2021Easy to order, delivery on time and packaged very well. Message on balloon clear with choice of colour in the lettering. Only dropped a stat as one of the internal smaller balloons was deflated.

May 21,2021This would be zero stars if I could. Terrible experience with this company. I ordered 2 personalised Bubble Bloom Balloons with lights for my daughters birthday both to be delivered on the same day. One arrived in ok shape but the balloon had shrunk so the lettering had shrivelled and the lights fallen off. The other box was crushed as were the contents. I took photos and sent them to La de da in particular the crushed box. I tried to salvage what I could as it was supposed to be a surprise. If that wasn’t bad enough the assistant manager kept asking me for more photos saying he could not refund me without a photo of the 2 boxes together. After several emails and me trying to salvage what I could from this expensive disaster he was still insisting a day later that I send a photo of the 2 boxes together despite me having sent more than adequate photos. Terrible customer service, terrible product, no refund. Do not waste your money.
