Apr 02,2021Ordering was simple. On day of delivery had a message to say delivery would be between 2.13 and 3.13pm and as we may be out left “safe place” instructions for courier. These included a “blue gate” and to leave round back of house in a shelter. Received a text to say item delivered to safe place (even though we were still in) and a picture. Item delivered to completely wrong house, despite clear instruction, over a padlocked wrought iron gate, so item boxed “fragile” had been thrown over gate! Tried to call courier to see where left, charged £6 connection and got cut off anyway. Walked around estate and managed to find house from picture and retrieve parcel. Contacted La De Da as unhappy about the experience, as I’m their customer. Not interested, and said to take up with courier as they had “fulfilled” their order. Only by me going to find said parcel was delivery fulfilled. The item itself then, disappointing for the price, large balloon smaller than expected, and deflated after 2 days. Wouldn’t recommend and would not use again.

Mar 25,2021Shocking customer service. Item ( balloon in my case) arrived on time , a saturday , was needed for the sunday,for my daughters bday, but by sunday evening had collapsed to the ground. The personalised writing was all bubbled and barely legible....and because I didnt contact this company until the monday, they refused to have anything to do with me or deal with my complaint as they said I hadnt contacted them quickly enough. I sent photos, but alas, they were still refusing to help me .....Now im not tight , neither am I a fool, however, for the £30 I paid for this balloon I did expect it to last a little longer than a day. My total astonishment was at their terrible attitude in refusing to help me......even if I was 1 day late.......so I warn everyone to be careful when dealing with this company, their lack of professionalism and empathy is terrible. BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY......not a good outfit to work with as far as I am concerned. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE

Mar 08,2021I ordered what I thought was going to be a butter Knife, however what I got was a cake knife, the quality was poor and the knife was marked. It did not look vintage and it was very light. After emailing the company I got a very defensive email back saying there was nothing they could do. the email came across in a rude manor. wont be ordering again. I cant give the cake slice as a present now so I am out of pocket. Really disappointing

Feb 10,2021Received my gorgeous crate in time for Valentines! It’s so beautiful, lovely colours, lovely font and text with cute pictures of Cupid with hearts. Excellent texture and quality of wood, looks very durable. My mum said it was so beautiful as well. Love the wording that I requested and the supplier accommodated that. My fiancé would love this as I fill this beautiful crate with all his favourite goodies. I will it use it for my wedding this year. Definitely something unique, different and can use it over again. Apr 07,2021Balloons arrived in perfect time as and when planned. Upon opening one of the boxes I found that the lettering on the balloon was already peeling off. Also found that the same balloon lasted to stay up for around 36 hours before falling to the ground, never to rise again. I was told it should last a week? Spent good money (~£70) on two balloons with delivery and felt that the response of "I should have complained within 24 hours of receipt" unacceptable, espcically when you have multiple plans to bring together on the same day for someones birthday, the last you need to start thinking about and doing is complaining. Also, the option for "we'll give you a discount on your next order" was not what I wanted hear, and I never got any further responses, so have clearly washed their hands of me and my feedback and now on to the next 'victim'. Thanks but will not use you again.
