They have said they're really busy due to covid but I'm happy to wait a littler longer to support a small family based business and delivery has been fine. Thanks Kate and the staff for keeping us occupied during lockdown :)

Jan 23,2021Really amazing little shop. The dmc threads are the cheapest I’ve ever found them (which means I can order more!) and the customer service is excellent. I forgot to add a thread to my order and when I got in contact Kate just added it to my order using my points. The point system is also really good and useful. Once dispatched my order came in less than 24 hours. Thank you for being so great!
