Apr 17,2018So Kate at Lakeside has done it again. Ordered midnight Sunday, it arrived Tuesday morning. Not only is the service super quick but the products are all official, in perfect condition, and packages well. Couldn't fault the service she's got a loyal customer in us!

Apr 11,2018I haven't received my little order as yet, but couldn't resist saying how super efficient this company must be. I am being updated since ordering by email. I am given the status ie ordered, dispatched, etc., besides a link should anything go wrong. This is wonderful, since I am presently dealing with a company who couldn't care less and are hesitating to refund my money which is way over £100. I wish all internet selling were like Lakeside Needlecraft. All this info. for such a small order. I know where I will be ordering my sewing requisites from in future.
