Feb 24,2025This year my experience with Lancaster insurance started with my phone call, the line was busy and I was unable to get connected but a short time later i had a call back , after describing my needs i was transferred to a very competent and very knowlegeable person who advised the actions i needed to take and subsequently providing my new insurance

Feb 24,2025Simple renewal process. Reasonable premium and easy to understand T&Cs. I haven't made a claim so can't say whether they're the best at settling but given clarity of renewal I can only hope.

Feb 23,2025Overall, Lancaster continues to provide good service and products at reasonable cost. Been a customer for years, and every member of staff,without exception, has been easy to talk with and helpful. The recently installed computer-driven triage system is not so helpful. It is inflexible, it takes too long to gather the required information (much slower than talking with an agent), leading to customer frustration and irritation. It needs further development or, in my opinion, unplugging in favour or talking direct to Lancaster's lovely staff.
