Nov 15,2024Horrendous! From start to finish. Avoid them at all costs. Not willing to resolve concerns. Took over 6 months to get my agreed evaluation and then they didn’t honour it. Despite paying the premium for it! Understaffed. When I did eventually get someone to engage with me I got rudely closed down in one email. Their advice. Go to the financial ombudsman and we will give you £40 for our service being sh*t. My advice. Find a decent insurance company and avoid these at all costs. If you love your classic cars find an insurance company that also does. Shocking. Truly shocking.
