Nov 13,2024Had a problem trying to get through the newly installed auto telephone answering service. Thank goodness it eventually put me through to a member of staff. All sorted then very efficiently. Could not get through on line to renew as the system would not recognise my reference number. No doubt when the system settles down it will be ok.

Nov 13,2024First time using Lancaster Insurance after reading the Land Rover monthly magazine. tried other insurers and there price was generally around £90.00 dearer than last years policy. Tried Lancaster and the price was far better taking into account the estimated annual mileage of only 2000miles. The agent (lady) was more than helpful when I queried items or requested some further clarification nothing was too much trouble for her. I have my private car insurance needing renewal next month and I will certainly contact Lancaster again for a quote and hopefully using their insurance for my private car.
