They are quick to answer any queries and are always helpful. Service is quick and delivery is efficient. I am very pleased with my recent purchase and will enjoy wearing the earrings.

Feb 21,2025Saw a pair of sapphire earrings on this website decided to buy them ordered them on Friday morning they were delivered on Saturday morning by royal mail special delivery extremely well packaged kept fully informed of delivery and tracking number. Customer service 10/10 would not hesitate to recommend Laurelle Antiques to anyone thinking of purchasing jewellery from them they really do have beautiful pieces to suit all tastes

All my questions were answered very promptly, and they were able to resize and ship the ring very quickly. This is the 4th piece of jewellery I have bought from Laurelle and each time the service has been second to none. They have responded to any queries promptly and professionally and the free ring sizing is a real bonus. They have both new and antique pieces and have some good deals on and flexible ways to pay. I just love browsing their website and each piece Ive bought, two rings and two brooches, have some sentimental meaning and so will become treasured heirlooms.

I live in the USA and bought from this company for the first time. My ring was looked over by my jeweler and he was so impressed with the quality of the stones. It was truly a pleasurable experience. Feb 28,2025The client service was very friendly and helpful, the purchased item was everything it promised to be. However, the service from UPS was a different matter: impolite communication, refusing to take payment by card or to return money, and the delivery guy being so generally threatening that my neighbour from downstairs felt the need to physically stay with me until everything was sorted. So, while I loved my Laurel Antique Jewellery experience, and would recommend it to all potential clients out there, I regret having paid the extra money for tracked delivery, and extra taxes, to have my item brought to me by UPS.
