Sep 12,2019I'm happy with the quality of the products and the delivery times. My reason for only giving them a 3* is because I was initially sent the wrong items. I tried phoning them numerous times without being answered. There was no message providing any information nor was there a facility to leave a message. However after finally getting through my issue was resolved and am very happy with the lights.

Sep 02,2019The under-cupboard LED lights I bought were very good and bright, and easy to install. However, the plug-in power "tails" that come with them are ridiculously short (just over 14cm) and very thinly insulated, necessitating extra insulation and proper junction boxes and power leads - or purchase of the proper power leads which are shown on the web site (the tri-lobe sockets on the lights are not a standard size, so you can't use anything else). However, LED ME had zero stock of power leads when I ordered the lights and would not accept an order for them until new stock is received - which means extra postage costs. I did manage a fix by ordering some of their double-ended "connector" cables and cutting the plug off one end, but this should not be necessary.

Sep 02,2019Great little light under my kitchen counter top. At first sight I thought they would be difficult to fit as no real instructions given. But after a littel thought were in fact very easy to fit. Pity they don't include this in the instructions.
