May 31,2019NOT HAPPY WITH THE INFORMATION GIVEN IN YOUR WEBSITE. COLLECTION FROM STORE ie details of the store location should be clearly given. Why can't you ask for the additional additional payment from the customer? Cancelling order/refunding customer, Customer re-ordering takes time. Your company procedure is wasting everyone's time. Please note that there is no-one at the reception/phone desk to answer customer's call. Very poor customer service.

May 25,2019I ordered 17 meters of RGB and 2 music controllers from there website 'LED ME' , the delivery was prompt and everything was well packaged in the box. HOWEVER.........the 17 meters of RGB has a defective LED which appears to be missing the green filter in it as it goes off completely when the colour Green is selected and appears RED when the lights are set to Cool White or Warm White. This is going to be an issue as they are to uplight the perimeter of a matt white ceiling. I have tried to contact the seller on 2 different numbers and left messages explaining the problem but no one will get back to me. If you are going to buy from this seller I would advise not buying online from them as they don't appear to care about you once they have taken your money and sent the product.
