Apr 03,2019Appears to be a good quality product delivered promptly and working satisfactorily . My only complaint relates to the poor and unclear wiring and operating instructions. Needs to be a UK version in plain English with decent diagrams not requiring a magnifying glass!

Mar 23,2019Five days after placing an order, I had received the usual junk mail from them and a request for a review, but no word of when my order would be delivered. I asked the question to customer services and received a load of rubbish about no longer in stock, mess up with the order blah blah blah, we can get it to you in May. Thanks but think I’ll take my custom else where. Well it’s now a couple of days later and I have been given a different reason for the item not being delivered, (they really should stick to one lie per customer) and I still haven’t had a refund that I asked for and they have offered, so reducing there rating to one star, AVOID

Mar 23,2019I purchased some motion detector lights and they work amazingly and look like they cost more than what they did! I purchased 6 fittings for a communal hallway. There were a couple damage fixtures but after talking with their customer service they sent me out replacements immediately so I wasn’t waiting long at all - they were extremely helpful and apologetic for the damages even though it must of happened in transit So happy to have found a extremely well priced website I’d Definitely recommend this company Linda B
