I’m so pleased with the bronze elephant urn that I bought. It is perfect. It took slightly longer than the estimate of “about 6 weeks” but when I contacted the company they promptly informed me it’d be ready in 2 weeks, which is when received it. It was a custom made urn so I expected a bit of a wait. Handy also to have a decent courier (UPS) with a 1 hour delivery slot. Thank you LegendUrn!

We received the urn for our darling daughter only 3 weeks after ordering, bearing in mind the site said 6 weeks just for the urn, and with engraving another 2-3 weeks. The team at the company have been fantastic, when the wording wasn't quite right in the first proof, I emailed them back and they sent a new proof very quickly. The butterfly urn is perfect and so fitting for our beautiful daughter, aged just 26. Additionally, LegendUrn packed gloves to handle the urn and a candle. Their care and professionalism means a huge amount when we are struggling to try and accept losing our darling daughter from a massive stroke, with no medical reason for it happening when she was healthy, recently married and planning to start a family. Thank you so very much LegendURN, we will definitely recommend your company. Kindest regards.

Should include the glue for sealing the Urn even if the cost is increased to cover this. Doesn't state clearly on web glue not included hence the 4 stars. Delivery was punctual, within 7 days.

Perhaps instead of all the labels on the box in bold letters stating the contents, FUNERAL URN, (and as the box was delivered to my Company address and in full view of customers) it might be better to state LEGEND URN, HANDLE WITH CARE. When an Amazon box is delivered, it’s contents are not advertised in bold letters on the outside packaging.
