Staff at Legend Urn pulled out all the stops and rushed a replacement urn to me - very compassionate and professional. Thank you very much. The urn itself is beautiful, artistic and colourful. It looks more like a ornament rather than an urn.

May 03,2017I ordered a candle urn that holds a tea light and two small love bird urns. The photographs on the website don't do both of these items justice as they are both even nicer in real life! They are both really good quality, heavy, sturdy items. They both have more space inside than the website said. I was regularly updated with delivery details and my parcel arrived within days of my order. They were extremely well wrapped to protect them and packaged in lovely boxes. I have been very impressed with the service during this difficult time, thank you.

Apr 30,2017I spent many weeks trying to decide on an urn for my Father's ashes. The choice of urns is vast and yet I could not find one I felt was fitting for him. At a very emotional time, trying to make such an important decision that you need to be sure is the right one, is very, very hard. Having eventually decided on purchasing from legendURN I have been very pleased with not only the quality of the urn, but the service I received. The urn was extremely well packaged and emails kept me to date on it's progress for delivery. The urn came with a personally signed card from the packer and a packet of seeds which was totally unexpected and showed exceptional customer care.

Once ordered the urn arrived within a week and is perfect, very well made and exactly as shown on the website.
