Aug 03,20239 year old boy repeatedly let down on deliver of bike. Excuse after excuse without genuine apology. Was told that I had put the order on hold, that the bike was in and would be delivered today. That the bike was an over stock system error. That the bike might be in by Friday. Meanwhile child genuinely distraught.

Aug 02,2023Says 3/5 days delivery and if it is going to be longer they tell you. I can honestly say that’s not the case. It took around a month for my awning to be delivered after numerous phone calls being past from pillar to post it seemed the staff don’t know what day it is. Apart from one man who worked there who was very helpful in all the mess and he actually sorted it out in the end. Just be aware incase you are wanting your things quickly it may take a month and lots of phone calls and stress.

Jul 31,2023The caravan mattress/ slleping bag, thicker size, seems good. It is however too bulky and heavy to transport except in a car (or caravan!). I was hoping to be able to take it on the train. The staff were very helpful re a return.

Jul 31,2023Needed camping stove in a hurry to N.Ireland. The guys manually fast tracked it thru and had it dispatched that night upon request. I reckon for a large store you would class that as going above and beyond to help.
