Jul 14,2023When I order some good’s from the on line shop l made a big mistake they then informed me very quickly and gave me a refund at the time l did not realise l made a mistake once that was sorted the goods l needed was dispatched and I received it the following day great service will definitely use them again without any hesitation

Jul 14,2023Ordered a family tent for our first family camping weekend. It didn’t turn up in 3-5 days so we phoned to be told it was being sent direct from manufacturer. The manufacturers said that TNT had let them down. However they then arranged express delivery iof another tent to arrive next day. We feel Leisure Outlet should have been able to track the order and keep us updated rather than defer to the manufacturer.

Jul 13,2023Ordered a tent and a number of extras. All appeared as in stock on the site. Heard nothing for a week following the order being placed. Chased via email and waited another day for the reply. Said reply stated the tent I wanted was in fact not in stock and they listed some alternatives. No idea if they were planning on letting me know had I not chased. I then emailed and called requesting a refund (so I could source my goods elsewhere) only to be told this could take another week. So all in all they could well have sat with around £1400 of my money for over two weeks by the time I get my refund. Total shambles.
