I ordered a e bike price £748 nearly 2 weeks ago delivery stated in stock 3-5 working days I hadn’t heard nothing so I started chasing after the order they did answer my emails and were quite polite saying stock was delayed I received an email end of last week to say the new delivery date (estimated) was 27th July (today) but I’ve received know tracking number etc after reading some of the reviews on here and another site I’m getting quite concerned the only plus is I’ve paid with new pay so I’m hoping if I don’t receive it by my 1st payment I can get them involved as I’m not paying for something I’ve not received I’ll write another up date if I get my item but not happy atm A quick update I’m still waiting for my item was give a new date that stock would be in on the 28th jul but nothings changed on my order progress I think it’s time to ask for refund I’m not happy as I could of got the item somewhere else

Good product, fast delivery. This order was for the privacy panels to go with a sail I bought from the same company last year, which is absolutely brilliant and was a bit cheaper than the same product elsewhere. Provides useful shade and looks great.

I ordered 2 duvalays for our new motorhome at exactly the same time. On was delivered by yodel a few days later but no sign of the other one !! Got in touch with leisure outlet who were very apologetic and said they were contacting the courier to query 2nd duvalay delivery, they were told there was a road blockage and couldn’t deliver . This was bulls**t . Anyway, after a week of calling and the courier promising next day delivery and nothing arriving , leisureoutlet ordered me a new duvalay and had it couriered with a different company and I got the next day ! Leisure Outlet were really helpful and did their best to get the problem resolved. I would recommend them even though we had issues with delivery.

The gazebo was great and delivered promptly but the black hooks that connect to the poles are very flimsy and brittle and snap straight away.

I bought a very expensive air bed which turned out to be faulty, It happens. Sadly I found out on arriving at a festival (lesson learnt even “quality expensive” camping equipment should be checked before leaving home! I just wanted an exchange asap as we camp a lot. Spoke to customer service who kind of made me feel like it was my issue and were less than helpful. The returns procedure has been a time consuming, stressful experience. Having to fill in forms take photos and generally very awkward, giving me jump through hoops vibe. Now i want a refund.

Ordered storm straps for our awning. Great quality and much cheaper then anywhere else. Used Web chat as needed them ASAP for a camping trip. Paid extra for next day delivery. Agent was really friendly and helpful. Item arrived next working day as promised.
