Jul 06,2023Happy with the website, selection and availability of products along with pricing. Post order comms could be improved slightly, I didn't hear anything for a few days and wasn't sure when I would receive it. My order was couriered using the dreaded Yodel which I had their usual problems with (not turning up, claimed I wasn't in, card left. They didn't, I was, there wasn't) and needed me to contact their customer service to resolve. Granted this is not Leisure Outlets fault, but option to use other courier would be better. All said, I would buy from here again and recommend them to others (courier caution aside).

Jul 05,2023I don’t understand this company. They advertise products that are in stock but having ordered a parasol on the 18th of June why am I still waiting for delivery. Promised delivery today but nothing arrived. Disappointed doesn’t cover it.

Jul 08,2023I ordered 18 x DGN Heavy Duty Cupboard Hinges for my Auto-Sleeper motorhome and was able to pick them up the same day. It is good that in these days where you have to wait in for a delivery, it is still possible to collect directly, if the items are in stock and it is urgent enough. I have purchased from Leisure Outlet many times over the years and did so again today.
