Jul 18,2023All good with tent coming on time but there is a but. On setting up the tent I noticed a damage pole, got in touch with customer services and first issue was the claim page up loading images. Then after I got this issue sorted I’m still waiting for a new pole to be sent out. Not happy with the time taken for this to be fixed.

They refuse to accept returns back (even if you have only just tried the item and NOT used it - they consider it “used” - and will not even consider checking the item. Will not buy off the internet anymore as you are left seriously out of pocket with no come back

Jul 16,2023Ordered a 220 porch awning & ground sheet bundle for delivery in 3-5 days, day 5 came nothing had been delivered, spoke to a man called Imran who went out of his way to find out what was going on, it had been delayed for a month, which was no good for me as I was travelling 3 days after orignal 5th day delivery. Imran called me and organised another similar awning and helped me out with a ground sheet too as the new awning wasn’t a package. Great customer service (would maybe think again about the ground sheet as I was expecting it to be water proof but it wasn’t…) Awning is great, it’s a pain to put up the first time but now we know how it goes up won’t be bad next time :-) Thanks again Imran for sorting out my issue!

Jul 15,2023The service on the phone was really good. The prices are good and quality items. However, the reason why I had to use contact centre was because my payment was declined. It would not allow the option it seemed to put a delivery option address different to my billing address, so I had to call to purchase. Person on the phone was quick and helpful and transaction was done easily.
