Dec 15,2022Lendinvest was one of the very first lenders I used when starting out in Bridging Finance. They have a very easy application system, helpful staff and speedy decision making. As a broker, I need a lender who I can rely on fully and Lendinvest has definitely helped secure many great deals for my buy to let investors. Cannot recommend my BDM - Tatyana Stefanova - enough, she has pulled cases through which I had lost hope for, always on the go and so helpful!

Dec 14,2022Bridge case on a lend with lapsed planning where the surveyor initially put zero value down even though client had purchased the site 9 months earlier for £525k. Lendinvest underwriter looked outside the box to get the surveyor to re-visit and get it valued and £341k bridge completed, a week later same client completed on a refurbishment bridge with funds raised on the land as a deposit (£682k). It's important for underwriters to understand the project & because brokers get to speak to them direct it helps to iron out lot of issues. Thanks Justin and his team (Ryan & Arnold).

Oct 01,2022Had a case with Lendinvest this month deadline for the offer was today if no offer today my clients deal would have increased from 5.19% to 7.19% costing my client £50,000 more over the 5 year fixed term . Due to unforeseen circumstances the valuation was not received until mid afternoon today a complicated case to say the least 5 flats under one title remortgage BTL Ltd company . Just got the call to say the case was offered what a relief for all concerned . But if it was not for the tenacity of my BDM Tatyana Stefanova who put so much effort into pushing this over the line I would have had a very unhappy client . Big thank you also to the Scottish underwriter Rob Finlay who went that extra mile and got this case to offer . I can highly recommend Lendinvest a fantastic lender great staff very competitive rates excellent processing and IT a very smooth journey 5 Stars .

She has ensured that cases are processed smoothly and is always on hand to deal with queries. Cases are underwritten professionally, efficiently and often a common-sense approach is taken. The underwriters, particularly Daryl, are always happy to speak directly to iron out issues with existing cases or give an indication on potential new cases. My clients have had very positive experiences all-round.

Victoria/Arnold ensured that the deal completed within the auction time frames and funds left on the day of completion. I would highly recommend and would use them again!

Aug 20,2022I am investor with over 100 properties and 20 years experience , I hate dealing with matrix lenders and much prefer corporate facilities but I was presently surprised how good Lendinvest systems were , when we got into difficulties in legals , Lendinvest took a commercial view on what’s was going on and allowed the transaction to go through at pace , very impressed and would recommend any serious investor to use them

Jul 31,2022Used to be good for an individual investor but now we do not see the opportunities as I imagine their banking partners and the retail bonds get the best of it. Why would I lend at 4.5 or 5% and take risk vs a one year deposit at 2.75%. With interest rates rising the game is over me thinks?

Jul 20,2022Horrendous company. They use solicitors to act for them that don't provide paperwork until the mortgage is about to expire, then when it expires Lendinvest won't extend the offer and offer you a much more expensive mortgage. Total joke.

Jun 25,2022I have been with LendInvest since October 2021, who unexpectedly, on their part, graciously extended the product for up to a further year with no penalties. I worked with Natalie, who also, swiftly and diligently cleared up a potentially negative impact on my credit score, due to an oversight on my part, for which I will be eternally grateful. Particularly in an increasingly uncertain market. And with no early repayment fees, I can only offer a first class review and a strong suggestion that Natalie is promoted. Adam R.

Jun 20,2022As a follow-on to my previous reviews of Lendinvest, nothing much has changed. Firstly, I must admit that I don't think there is a problem with the platform, as to date, all repayments (I think) have been paid in full. The problem is that, compared to before the pandemic, there are VERY few investment opportunities - on average I would say maybe 2-3 per month! So with fairly regular repayments, I am having to withdraw most of my funds to place elsewhere. The automatic investment system is not very good, as they only offer a max LTV, min rate of interest, and no in-betweens. Email warnings of new opportunities are a waste of time, as 99% of them are fully funded BEFORE the email arrives at my computer!
