Jul 04,2023This was the first time I have used LendInvest, so was wary about the process & the service they would offer. I can honestly say that the process was very straightforward, including their system, & the service was great. My underwriter, James Gordon, was efficient & very helpful to ensure my case got over the line & we didn't lose the rate. I will definitely be using them again.

Jun 29,2023Finally on Panel with my network and worth the wait. All round the experience has been exceptional. Not only on broker side but client feedback has been very positive. BDM fantastic. System is a breeze to use. Good criteria however where Lendinvest excel and really stand apart from other lenders in this space is the underwriting team. Nicholas took ownership of the portfolio, very proactive and really drove the process. Transparent valuations finally with a realistic approach compared to other lenders in this space who are not so forthcoming when challanged Would recommend them in a heartbeat and certainly my go to especially on the BTL LTD.

I had initially lost a little bit of faith in LendInvest, as I submitted a mortgage case to them a few weeks ago and was told by a different underwriter the case would be fine and acceptable, only for it to be declined after review as the underwriter had given me the incorrect information and the Head of the team wasn't willing to overturn the decision despite it being their error. I appreciate mistakes happen, but I had lost a little faith. However, I have just had another mortgage case offered within 10 working days of application, which for a non high-street lender is pretty good! James Gordon took a very human approach to underwriting and called me to ask questions instead of sending emails which would have delayed things or misconstrued information. It was a very personable experience and ended up in myself and the client being very happy. We were also able to get the client on a better rate than we initially thought, as James Gordon understood that some previous adverse credit was nearly historical and nothing had happened since... another common-sense underwriting approach which was really appreciated. Thank you James.

May 31,2023As a broker with thirty-five years of experience in this industry, I am pleased to write the following: It is the people who create a pathway for good customer experience, not the mission statement of an enterprise. In this case Jordan Thompson made the journey memorable. Often underwriters are illusive and not easily excess able. However, Jordan was available and dealt with matters in a professional, timely and helpful manner. I normally give "4 Stars" not due any reservation, as a way to indicate we can always improve and deliver better. 5 Star means perfection. And none of is perfect. We are all on a journey of perfection.

May 22,2023The system is very easy to use. A dedicated underwriter is assigned which makes such a difference having them call you to discuss the application as saves time with emails back and forth. Application to offer in 11 working days which is great!

May 20,2023Lendinvest are a breath of fresh air for a specialist lender. Easy to work with, quick turn around times, good communication throughout. Direct contact with the underwriter Jordan who was faultless. Unlike most other specialists, didn’t pick holes with evidence submitted and was happy with reasonable explanations and evidence. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Apr 20,2023Had positive interaction with Courtney however loan did no go through as it was surveyed at NIL Valuations. Used alternative lender who done there survey and it was valued more than I paid at auction. And property was completed just in time. Not happy with the valuation company selected by lendinvest. That also made me assume maybe my previous experience with lendinvest hasn't been great from the companys point of view as I paid a loan late but Courtney assured me that is not the case. I was refunded the servey fees back. Two previous experience with lendinvest has been great for me. And they were also prompt in refunding me. I have definitely learned from this experience will certainly consider them again but I recommend people buying from auction to be prepared for a lot of things to go wrong and have organized extra funds even beyond what you think it's needed in order to give yourself better chance as it could be very risky otherwise.

Jan 21,2023As a broker I have nothing but great things to say about LendInvest. From their communication to their speed, to their products! One of the few lenders that will try and chase you up to make sure a case is processed in time, as opposed to me having to chase the lender for updates. They are always very quick to answer queries, and from the Business development Manager (Tatyana) to the various underwriters, I really enjoy submitting and doing business with LendInvest, and I will continue to do so in the future.

Jan 18,2023I have recently submitted a case with these guys and i could honestly say i couldn't find anything to fault them on no matter how hard i looked. Daryl has been very helpful as always and the process has been seamless. From submitting the case we had a provisional offer the same day and just 4 working days from submitting the application we have now had the physical valuation take place. Cant praise these guys enough thanks guys!

Jan 08,2023I had a very bad experience with LendInvest when trying to organise bridging finance for an auction purchase. My transaction got caught up in a legal three-way between the vendor, my legals and LendInvest's legal representatives. Their legal partner was lethargic, intransigent and simply horrendous to work with. Apparently, there was something in the special conditions of my transaction that constituted a problem and I only finally got know that LendInvest would not be proceeding just 1 week to the completion date that had already been put back. Within that timeframe, I had to find a new bridging lender to rescue the transaction or lose my deposit (c.£60K). In the end, I did find an alternative lender and actually secured better bridging terms but I wouldn't want to go through that level stress and heartache again. Given that the alternative bridging company (a very large one) accepted the transaction, I am left wondering what all the fuss was actually about....
