Do not use. They refuse refunds. I ordered the amara toffee coloured lens which was supposed to flatter my dark brown eyes. In the image the model has chocolate brown eyes. But the lenses they sent me for £35 were pink not brown tinged making me look like a zombie (but not in a good way lol. Really awful service and misrepresentative products that they should check. When I asked for a refund they refused and said it was not their policy to ever give refunds. Waste of money.
Do not purchase from this company. The lenses I received did not fit correctly, they were nowhere near what was advertised. Despite reaching out to their customer service team, I received nothing short of diabolical responses. There are plenty of other online companies to choose from—just check the reviews. Even after they contacted me following my social media post, nothing was resolved. Their disregard for proper customer service makes it clear they’re more interested in scamming you than in supporting their customers. Please see reviews from other customers , although they may have deleted some .
I was very happy because they didn’t take long to arrive and I was wanting to get a reliable place to order them. I have used freshlook for a long time now and I don’t like other brands because they don’t look natural as these brand
I made an order of Amara lenses, unfortunately, since I am in Europe, my order was held by customs for a long time, this of course is not the reason for my review of poor customer service. Together with my order they supposedly offered 6 contact lenses from Onya, for a try on, which was not true, since they only sent the lenses I bought. Not good publicity for the brands they sell. It would be better to not offer any and avoid disappointment from clients.

Good costumer service. Arrived on time. Purchased before from them, they were excellent. The only thing is that the lenses NATURAL COLORS are very uncomfortable, I have wore contact lenses for 30 years now and for the first time ever I won't be wearing a pair because how uncomfortable they are. That is NOT this website fault. Their other brands are amazing.
ordine effettuato il 30 novembre, siamo al 14 gennaio ed il pacco risulta fermo in dogana, prima di 60gg non si può nemmeno aprire una segnalazione. delusa totalmente da questa azienda che prima si affidava a spedizioni con FEDEX o DHL e tutto arrivava entro una settimana, ora fai l’ordine ed il pacco o ti arriva dopo 2 mesi o non arriva proprio. sconsiglio assolutamente, non farò più ordini su questo sito.

I have been a loyal customer for three years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the products I’ve ordered. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Shipping took far longer than expected, and on top of that, I had to pay unexpected customs fees. To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service but never received a response. This level of service is unacceptable and has seriously made me reconsider ordering from this company again.
I ordered online but couldn't receive shipment because Canada Post was on a national strike. Lens.me offered to send me a new pair through UPS. Never even asked for shipping fee and followed up with me to make sure I got the shipment. Shipment arrived in 2 days, so they must have sent it Express. It wasn't even their fault that I couldnt receive the package. It was the strike (Canada Post) so the company had no obligation to me. Best customer service and after care. Best part. You get the same person when you contact customer care so you don't need to re-explain every time. Thanks Lens.me
SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. COMPLETE SCAM. Deals were too good to be true, guess what? YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE! I put in my order December 21. I was told that my package would be shipped within two weeks. When I emailed them to my shock I was told that my package was shipped to my house, but I wasn't home-- on what day you ask? DECEMBER 16. How is a package shipped even before I ordered something? even weirder? when I click the link they sent me to track my package, it says attempt ship December 21. THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE. The email sent to me states that I was given a yellow slip, I WAS NOT GIVEN A YELLOW SLIP. When I try to fill out a redelivery request, it says that redelivery was filled out already, by who? I sure as heck didn't sign for a redelivery. Over all, it seems as If I have been duped. Package is no where to be seen. Pretty sure I was just charged for nothing. Please, don't give in to PAID INFLUENCERS telling you to buy the product.

Uno schifo, non ho altre parole da dire, il loro pacco è stato fermato alla dogana, ma dopo un ritardo di due settimane nel ritardo della spedizione, non mi hanno mai avvisato, ho contattato tre volte il servizio clienti e la cosa più vergognosa è che non avrò ciò che ho acquistato avendolo comprato il mese prima per averlo in tempo.
