Sep 01,2017The site isn't mobile browser friendly. A big problem for travellers wanting to book on the go. The error messages are not clear. I.e cabin not available is displayed as a system error that requires a call to the office which doesn't help.

Jun 08,2017Rudest and meanest customer service of my life. Calling me a liar because my porter signed and lost my tickets - mistakes happen I wont blame him or call the police as suggested. I simply wanted tickets cancelled or re printed. A nightmare - please don't use them wasted so much time and 200 euros . No support whatsoever or human behavior. I re buy tickets and open a claim with my bank.

Mar 26,2017We've used these guys a number of times to book holidays around Greece. If the ferry companies in Greece had better websites and fewer problems paying online (usually why we use lets ferry instead) we would use them instead. Be careful - cancellations do happen and you may be required to rebook again with lets ferry at your expense and pay the lets ferry booking fee again (apparently not something lets ferry consider they have to honour). It is what it is.
