Feb 26,2019Necesite hacer un cambio de fecha y aunque tuve problemas al inicio para pagar con mi tarjeta, fueron pacientes y estuvieron al tanto del proceso hasta lograr el cambio. Quedo muy satisfecha.

Feb 13,2019Seemed to be a simple and straightforward with good prices, until I wanted to pay. After numerous attempts and authorizations, it would come up with reservation error. Eventually I went to another booking site, but 24 hours later they still have my money for not just one transaction but two! Numerous attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Not impressed. Now I can't use my credit card....

Jan 04,2019web site easy to use. Easy to reserve. Just one thing... it would be nice if you would allow for a reservation change. I entered my name twice in the passenger names instead of my wife's name for the second passenger. I could not change it. But good customer service cancelled my reservation so I could book again with the right names. All in all good service.

Jan 01,2019The experience on the ferry was fabulous. However I had a tough time getting on the ferry in the first place. In spite of purchasing the ticket well in advance me and my family were stranded in front of the ferry as the tickets were not updated on their system. It was at the last minute that the security in charge had some mercy and allowed me on the basis of the print out I carried with me. It was really ridiculous and embarrassing.

Dec 05,2018The online booking of my tickets on Rafina - Tinos route was very easy through "Let's ferry" and collecting them from their port office agent took me less than a minute. I hope the same would happen on a high season trip.

Nov 21,2018me and my wife have a very good experience, easy to buy the tickets online, easy to get the tickets on the harbors, the accomodations were perfect, the restaurant inside have good prices and good food, the agency crew are very kind and polite.

Nov 20,2018Acceptable platform to buy ferry tickets. However, they do not explain how to get the tickets. Actually, it would be better if you can use your mobile with an online ticket instead of a printed ticket.

Nov 15,2018Ho acquistato i biglietti per il trasferimento da Paros a Santorini, per il 4 settembre. Con un preavviso inferiore a 24 ore, Let's Ferry mi comunica lo sciopero indetto dal personale marittimo. Mi invita a recarmi presso l'agenzia per essere "riprotetta" su un altro traghetto ovvero chiedere il rimborso dei biglietti. Nulla di tutto ciò (peraltro il personale è stato alquanto scortese). Tornata in Italia chiedo nuovamente il rimborso dei biglietti. Dopo una copiosa corrispondenza e previa restituzione da parte mia (a mezzo raccomandata) dei biglietti in originale, il 28 settembre Let's Ferry si impegna al rimborso entro i successivi 20 giorni lavorativi. Ad oggi non è ancora pervenuto nulla! Mai più Let's Ferry. Cordiali saluti. Stefania Santoro

Nov 09,2018prenotato 4 biglietti santorini naxos per il 16/08/18 il giorno 13/08/18 mi mandano un email che mi dicono che e stato annulato il traghetto e mi avrebbero risarcito. dopo essermi recato presso la sede di naxos per riavere i miei soldi mi hanno fatto fare un email. per farla breve siamo a novembre dopo una decina di email varie telefonate italia creta la risposta e sempre stata tra 15 giorni lavorativi ma io i miei soldi non li ho ancora visti. distinti saluti Preci Giuliano devo modificare la recensione in quanto oggi mi sono stati rimborsati i 170 euro dei 4 biglietti santorini naxos c'è voluto un po di tempo ma mi informano che il tempo e stato lungo in quanto avevano molte pratiche da sbrigare.
