Aug 01,2019I love the ease of booking the ferry’s but I was so shocked at the processing/admin fee added on at the end. It’s a huge additional amount that you are not aware of when you book. Also it’s not clear what age a child is. I booked both my children child’s tickets assuming (as in the UK) that you are a child until you are 18 but then got charged extra on board the boat for both of them. However I have used you several times for our island hopping adventure. It’s been a reliable and easy site to use for an English speaking person.

Jul 13,2019Do not book with this company!!! My girlfriend and I booked 4 ferry tickets from Let’s Ferry. There was a problem with every single one. The first time they’d charged us the wrong price and the ferry wouldn’t let us on until we paid the correct one. We arrived an hour ahead of time and got in the ferry 5 minutes before it departed after running around the port to ticket booths to correct the error. They had also told us the wrong departure time (off by 15 minutes). The next time we learned and went to the local ticket office first to check to see if the tickets were correct and discovered that we were booked into a ferry for the wrong destination even though our tickets said the right one. Luckily the woman from Seajets last was extremely nice and when we told her we booked through Let’s Ferry seemed to understand and got us sorted. Just don’t book with this company. Seriously. Dealing with the problems they’ve made for us has been by far the most stressful part of our vacation.

Jul 05,2019J’ai réservé 3 allers-retours de Le Pirée à Égina. Quand je suis aller à l’agence, l’hôtesse m’a imprimé les billets. Quand je suis arrivée à la bonne porte, on m’a dit que mon bateau était annulé, qu’ils me remboursait et que je devait trouver un autre billet. Ni la compagnie ni l’hotesse ne m’ont prévenu que le bateau était annulé, je n’ai reçu aucun mail ou appel malgré que mon numéro était donné. Pour le retour, ça a été pareil. De plus, puisque j’ai réservé sur le site, 20,50€ de frais de services ont été ajoutés au prix, 20,50€ qui ne me sont pas remboursés. Très mauvaise expérience, à éviter.

Jul 02,2019They charged 6 euros for booking fees. I thought digital booking was supposed to reduce the costs, seeing as you don't have to employ someone to do this for the company. I've never seen so extravagant fees in my whole life. Rated 1 star to get attention and because I'm angry that acceleration of technology doesn't mean a better quality of life and a more just system. I kinda hate robots, but I really hates employers.

Apr 02,2019Made a mistake with the date of my booking and redid it. I didn't think the first one had gone through but it was charged to my credit card. Emailed Let's Ferry Customer Service and they reversed the charge immediately. I'm very impressed and booking the rest of my ferry travel in the Greek Islands with them. More carefully of course

Mar 02,2019This website has taken my payment on 4 occasions and never booked my tickets. The retailer never confirmed the issue and told us to rebook again. It is only when we booked the 4th time they actually confirmed that the tickets were not available and that we should just try another time. They never confirmed which ones were available and now we have had 4 payments taken all returned at a different exchange rate meaning we actually lost money for absolutely nothing. The call centre was really unhelpful as well and didn’t support us in anyway to get this resolved or rebooked other than telling us to email or try again. Absolutely awful. Pay the extra and go elsewhere.
