Real-time and high quality services. For the bookings I made, I promptly received the confirmation - voucher. If there were no cabins available, the amount of money was immediately unlocked. Not a good site to use
It was so easy! I booked my ticket online, picked it up at the port, and boarded the ferry with no problems. I did this twice. Once from Athens to Mykonos and once from Mykonos to Santorini. I suggest going a little early to pick up your ticket. I think it cost a little less with let’s ferry. I was on Seajets, and it was quick and uneventful...which is exactly what I wanted. I will use them again when I return. I also suggest arranging transportation from the port to your hotel in advance.

Never have i ever met a company so bad! They put away all responsibilities, even though you think that the 30 euros you pay for service, would actually lead to some service. Instead we had a women yelling at me, and a guy telling me that i was completely stupid if i believed that they would trying to help as much as possible. I asked him if he was tires of his job since he thought it was okay to yell at me, and in that response that was even worse. We had our trip cancelled because of the strike, to Santorini from Athens. Fair is that. But wat is not fair is this - After having extra costs due to a night of a new hotel, and new ferry tickets apparently we should have a cost here as well. We booked a new trip the day after with lets ferry, to a cost of 110,- euros. We then 10 minutes after get a text that our scheduled ferry is moved to the day after. So we were stuckes with to ferry tickets, and should only use on of them. We called lets ferry and they were screaming that they couldnt do anything because it was two different companies. They take no responsibility that they are responsible when they are the one we booked the two trips through! After a long discussions and screaming employees they said they could refund us 39 euros. Now we just got a mail that they will return nothing. Which makes no sense since they agreed before to return 39. In our opinion if it is in writing it is legal to keep your promise. Other than that, it is just good manners to return 110,- and when we didnt go with the ferry, and you made a mistake of not noticing us that the other ferry would be rescheduled. It is a shame that big companies is so poor that they rather care of money, than having happy customers. We sure will make notice on every media place, to warn other people of using your bad bad copmany.
The service fee of euro 30 is very high. Buying directly from the travel agents is much better and cheaper.

Tried booking a ticket, multiple times and said declined by website. No confirmation email was sent. Decided to go with another company as I couldn’t get a ticket with “lets ferry”. After purchasing the ticket I needed no problem from Another company, hours later was notified by my credit card as a fraud warning with the transaction from “let’s ferry” Gone through. Still charged after said declined with no tickets and no confirmation!!!!
After being declined on two credit cards, no confirmation email for two separate people (both my sister and I tried) I decided to go with another company. Now I’m seeing a pending transaction on both my card, and my sisters card for these tickets. I’ve emailed the company and received a email saying I can expect a response in four business days. Unless this company is willing to drop these charges that we did not get a confirmation for, I’d say lets ferry is a SCAM

Horrible! Introduce 11€ service fee at last stage of check out after you are worn down and ready to accept to save self from other shill operations. Is 11€ fee reasonable on top of the 30€ discounted fare that lured me in? Consider the same discount fare is available direct from the ferry line’s web site with NO service fee. Ok, so I accept responsibility for letting this company wear me down with its tricks and tried to get information from their customer service to help me understand logistics getting from my late arrival flight into ATH to the early departure ferry. ‘We only provide tickets’ was their response. Turns out airfares starting at $96USD are competitive to replace taxi plus ferry plus shill company service fee plus who knows what other nickel and dime shill operators are lying in wait to prey. UPDATE: The company gave a very courteous response to my review. In addition, they did offer me some critical information after my third email which sought a refund: 1) check-in rule of one hour before ferry departure is not as strictly adhered to as with airlines, and should be interpreted instead as allowing for a comfortable hour advance arrival; 2) tickets can be picked up at the ticket office that opens at 05:00, not 06:00 as my other information sources state, so there is adequate time to claim the tickets before my ferry's 06:45 departure. Things were much simpler for me 40 years ago when everything seemed to work out ok despite impromptu navigation and planning. Not to offer excuse they let me know that now (mid-August) is their busy time, as I can well imagine. I am no longer as sour about the experience but doubt I would allow myself into the trap again of being held-up for a service charge exceeding 34% at the last of several check-out stages. I now request a greater amount of cost and logistics detail from all non-domestic vendors of services. Again thanks to the better trained and more service-oriented second individual who did provide quite a lot of logistics detail in her email response. I hold the company ownership at fault for creating a bad backdrop with their unreasonable service charge and highwaymen approach to presenting it.
Booked a ferry from Herkilian to Santorini. Paid for a fast ferry from Santorini that was 2 hrs late and instead of 1:40hrs travel time it was 2:30 hrs missed dinner with family at hotel. Instead of getting tickets on line this site will make you run around ticket/travel agency's for actual tickets. That the travel agency charges you to print tickets.
