Aug 01,2022I signed onboard for a lovely small storage unit in Wake forest. Mike the manager was the best for this job. He is friendly, outgoing and was very helpful in helping me make this a pleasure in getting my precious belongings into this unit. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone who is thinking of an ideal storage unit and one that is temperature control. I am now Settled In in my Lovely new place and could not be happier. Thanks for Sharing.

Jul 30,2022Dan/Don, was very helpful with assisting me after the 10 PM lock out He was so patient generous he also went above and beyond with his customer service also threw in a few jokes to keep me laughing although, I was stuck and stranded inside the building after the lock up He was super generous and full of energy even late at night I really appreciate Don/Dan, helping me out I prefer this company the security is definitely on point After all of that I was given a 24 hour all access for the first seven days

Jul 28,2022My experience with this facility has really been a smooth transition. The manager William, really took time to go over everything about our lease, and show us around. He even came by while we were moving in, to follow up, and see if we needed anything. Great customer service is always and asset for any business!!!

A nice light of hope in a world that appears to be in a dark place. Thanks for showing me there are still good people that care.
