Great staff. Very eady to sign on. Location is very clean. I have complete confidence that my belongings will be safe.
The storage attendant was friendly efficient kind and even drove my 90 year old grandma from the storage back so she didn’t have to walk to the gate the life storage attendant was a sweetheart a truly kind and blessed woman I would recommend this site to anyone seeking a storage unit
Went yesterday, Wednesday June 15, at 9:45 am. The door was locked, no one there. Could not get in the office to use a cart because you have to leave your drivers license there to get one. The worker showed up as I was standing at the door looking at the opening times and walked right past me without a word. Took her time to change the “closed” to “open” then sat at her desk. Never said a word to me.
Met Ms.Kellie and Rachel at the 7th st location and I have never met anyone as nice as these young ladies they made me feel super special took care of all of my storage needs..Best Customer service ever I highly recommend this facility
Great service.. very detailed.. highly recommend
Move in was a breeze! The facility is clean and well maintained.
Outstanding help from the store manager to get set up!
Kylee went above and Beyond in caring for my service needs in getting the rental completed , She does an amazing job in connecting with the customer , kudos for having a great employee working for you .
Wonderful, fast, informative, efficient and kind are the words I will use to describe the girl in the office. The storage was nice and clean and slightly cooled. Only a couple things that I was slightly displeased with. One being the metal plate on the ground of the storage entrance made it hard to get my cart through the door. My belongings fell off because I had to give it a bit of a tug, luckily nothing broke. Also I feel like prices are a bit much and mandatory insurance didn’t help that. However I understand that our area isn’t cheap on much anything.
The facility is clean and secure, but needs improvement. I would like to see more hand carts available. Are there only two in this large facility? Also, the lighting is poor in the unit. I understand the concept of having the top section of the wall open, to let light in. However, this is inadequate for looking inside boxes.
The Store Manager, Donald Kitchell, was very helpful and patient. He showed me the unit, how to use the key in the lock, how to drive into the facility, and exactly where to park when loading, or unloading. It was a pleasure to do business with Donald.
Rochelle Davis moved very fast ..place was clean n she very understanding ..she gets to the bottom..thanks again
I placed my Ex's items (clothes, shoes, etc) in this storage facility (he knew) and I paid the first month's rent (62 for rent & 13 for insurance) on March 24. My Ex is currently homeless, on EBT, and looking for employment, so he, unfortunately, did not clear the unit out in time and missed the April and May due dates. I was told that $150 was due on May 24th (covers May 24 - June 23 rent). I received an email on May 26th invoiced for $315 (62 + 62 for rent, 13 + 13 for insurance plus a $115 Old Lien Fee added 5/24 and $50 Lien Processing fee added 5/24). I was not warned of these fees and they surpassed the cost of the unit's rent/insurance by 110%. Shocked, I emailed back 5/27 asking about these fees to see if they could be removed and said the storage unit would be paid in full and cleared out prior to 6/24 (the new month). I received no reply. Again, I emailed 6/8 asking for answers about these exorbitant fees. I received a new invoice on 6/9 stating $365, they added a $25 lock cutting fee (6/8 although they still did not respond to the last email) along with next month's rent and insurance (covers 6/24 - 7/23). I finally received a reply later that day on 6/8 saying they could only remove the $50 Lien Processing Fee and was told that I need to pay $290 within 3 days to have access to the storage unit, since they planned to add an additional $100 in 4 days if that was not paid in full (June 13). This has been a nightmare, I just want to pay the rent and insurance that was used which is only $150 before next month starts on 6/24, and never use this place ever again. I cannot imagine a company willing to charge a homeless person $390 for them to access their items before next month even starts to empty their belonging when only two months' rent and insurance is due equalling $150 in total. This company is gouging poor people in the middle of a pandemic with these hidden fees, ignoring questions when they arise, and making an absurd profit off people's weaknesses.
Rochelle Davis Did an outstanding job n was very helpful ..thank you
Staff was cordial, professional and informative. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Friendswood location due to their staff. In theses times of high prices it was delightful to encounter a staff that was helpful and cordial! Thank you!
Facility is new & clean, and office personnel are friendly and helpful. Pricing is perfect for the size unit we rented. Would definitely recommend to others.
The worst rental experience I've ever had.
During a difficult time in our families life, Iris at store 410 in Saint Augustine was very compassionate and helpful. Thank you Iris.
