Sep 11,2022So I left a review a few weeks ago that was apparently deleted for a store I visited. The service was great there was 2 young ladies that were awesome. Amanda and Tara but there was a 3rd person that called the two employees a**holes. I felt was so degrading and disrespectfully. I know that the young lady standing at computer assisting me heard her. But she remained professional. I decided to repost so that it may be seen and addressed maybe. Things really need to change but if not I wont keep using the facility at 1149 store.

Sep 10,2022This facility is clean and secure, but the true gem for us is Lisa. She was thorough and welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable with our arrangements. Highly recommended!

The price quoted online when I reserved it changed when I got there because you all don’t specify that insurance would be added when you arrive(which should have been told upfront about that/because I thought that was included in the online price) 2. They just going to add a lock to my price without asking if I have my own lock( which I did have) All of this should have been stated up front or included in price so people want be surprised when they get there.

Sep 09,2022I rented a unit in Arlington Texas the very first day my lock was cut off of my unit. I called the management and got very little concern from the manager I was told that videos would be reviewed two weeks later still nothing tried to contact district manager who did call me back one time and leave me a message have not received another call back since 3 weeks into this I go to my unit there's a police two units next door doing an investigation about another woman's unit broken into again she could not get any results from management they don't even care. The units are not secure the facility is not secure the cameras are junk and they only keep record for less than 2 weeks on their cameras that they do have.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

Sep 04,2022Ashley at the Charlotte on University City Blvd was fantastic to work with! She explained everything so clearly to us, she was so kind, and gave us amazing customer service. We also found out she cleans the whole building and when we got a tour, the place looked great! She’s definitely a hard worker. The storage unit itself was nice and clean. They have carts that helps us move things into our unit fairly quickly. Hopefully the side door will be fixed soon because that would be easier/faster for us to go in and out of. Otherwise, I felt like our things will be safe and secure in this unit.

Sep 13,2022I was blown away from the showroom. The showroom has a clear clean vision of what you're renting. Easy to get to and have clear maps to get to the unit. The representative put me first and refused to answer the phone until she was done with my transaction. This group is a blessing.
