Jun 04,2022This is just a quick review to say that the facility manager Roxanne Smyth is wonderfully accommodating. I'm retired USAF and my wife and I are moving back home to Maine. Roxanne took good care to get us a space even though it was at the end of her shift. She was patient, helpful and pleasant to two very tired, newly minted senior citizens. Jun 03,2022I had a great experience here. The pricing was very competitive and the representative who gave me the tour was beyond helpful. I wish I could recall her name now because of how friendly and helpful she was! As for the facility, it's large and climate-controlled with easy access. I wish the access hours were a little longer but that's simple enough to work around. Great facility and I highly recommend storing your stuff here!

Jun 01,2022I am forced to stay there, but they are the most unpleasant, expensive, rude, unprofessional company that unfortunately I need to deal with. if you have any other option never choose this company, they will at top of everything rip you off.

May 31,2022The staffs are very nice and welcoming, very patient and helpful in showing the facilities and explaining the policies etc. I eventually selected a 5x5x8 spot on the second floor of 17th st building. But I wish I was shown spaces closer to the Elevator as I notice ton of empty units while I was only shown the one all the way in the back, especially when it’s a brand new building with few spaces rented out. Pls note insurance is a must and it’s in addition to the monthly fees.

May 30,2022Very bad experience. Hopefully they will make it right. I was promised a 9 x 12 unit. I was shown the number of the unit and location on the map but was not allowed to see the unit. After doing the paperwork it was 4:45 pm. I went to unload my truck and discovered that the numbers had been changed from the map and they gave me an odd shaped angled unit that was very hard to use all the space. I went back to the manager at 5:00 pm to ask what was going on and was told the unit # 666 was removed by and employee and that shifted all the numbers. Then they proceeded to tell me they had to go because they were off work. I was stuck with a truck load of furniture and had no choice but to take the odd space that nobody wanted to rent. They didn’t even disclose that the space was bad due to the angled wall. Very disappointed in the service

The ease of making our reservation to getting a follow up call from Brian about our arrive to finish our agreement and purchase the storage was on of a kind. Brian was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable so I would definitely say if you need a storage unit please consider Life Storage in Jacksonville, FL.
