May 14,2022This is a well run establishment. I worked with Char in setting me up with a Storage Unit. She was phenomenal. Excellent customer service from Char. I chose a Climate Controlled Storage Unit. The CCSU building was very clean. The whole place is well run. It's easy to access the facility with your access code as well as getting into your unit with your designated key. A+++++

May 13,2022I didn't believe that I could rent a storage unit 100% ONLINE, so I went in... The Staff were Great, and I got the unit I saw on line at the price I saw on line with the discount I saw on line. BUT, I could have just done it all online, and just driven straight to my Unit and put my stuff in and my lock on! Too Easy.

May 09,2022It’s been a week and the elevators aren’t working. I can’t move my things into what would have been my unit on the 2nd floor. This is my second unit as the first was too small. I can’t move my things down to the larger unit due to the elevator problem. I understand things happen but I now have to change my flight plans back to VA. as I have to get my things out of the first unit to the new unit on or before mid May. My flight is scheduled to leave 4 days before having thought I would have gotten everything in by now. Tha staff is wonderful and was accommodating as much as they could be given the circumstances. The rating given is for the facility Not the staff.

May 18,2022I have been completely happy with Life Storage. Yasmine & Dillan have been so helpful. I had difficulty working through the process online, Yasmine helped me several times as well as Dillan helping me the time I called him. Yasmine took me through building 2, and made sure I understood everything. Instead of going through the online process, I walked into the office and Yasmine handled it. I had to cancel & also pay for a unit, & she handled it all. If you walk into the office at 1770 E. TC Jester, Yasmine will greet you and take care of all your needs!
