Very informative, very patient, and helped me select the best size storage unit to suit my needs. A very good experience dealing with Monica! If ever I need to rent another storage unit, I know where I'll be going!

May 25,2022The manager, Gwen, there is very nice and even called me when she noticed my unit wasn't latched all the way, she called me immediately so I could come down and lock it properly. I was very thankful! Also, the facility was very clean!

May 24,2022Great place for storage, clean building,good security, climate control, when you're going to rent a storage from that facility 52-11 29th Street ask for Kia. Very polite give you all the ins and outs for your storage unit and what's best for you. They have a lot of deals promotions with their prices you can't get it wrong renting the storage from this facility. Or shall I say any other facility within the Life storage corporation.

May 24,2022Great customer service, I was not able to reserve the unit online, called the customer service line. The rep was very polite and helpful. Was able to complete the reservation. Once I arrived at the facility I realized that it was not the location that I thought it was. The onsite customer representative, was able to change my location and went our of her way to deliver the lock to me, as it was different that the original one purchased. I was able to continue my move without having to drive back to the main location to pick up the lock. 5 star service!!!!!

May 23,2022The customer service we received by the front desk clerk was excellent! She was very professional, sweet & helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. However I didn't give 5 stars because 1. I expected to reserve a uhaul at this location only to be told that service is no longer offered even though it is offered on your website & 2). I reserved a 5×5 storage unit for $60 only to be told it was a locker that I would have to climb a ladder to access. The website showed 5×5 storage lockers for $29 & 5×5 storage units for $60 but apparently all are lockers. I was forced to get a unit for $79. The website needs to reflect what's being offered at the location. Again the sweet lady at the desk was apologetic & helpful.

Paul was super cool and My Lady and I enjoyed his joking around. I would tell anyone to rent from Them. Because They treat You with open arms friendliness.

May 28,2022I had an excellent experience. I received a follow-up phone call regarding my storage unit reservation once they opened. The facility is near the highway, which is very convenient, and is Spotlessly clean! The service I received was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The price of my unit was highly competitive, plus I got a great move-in special! Just an overall flawless experience.
