May 10,2023Life Storage is a joke had it for three months they went up on my rate without telling me I’ve only been a day or two late they charge me $20 and now having financial difficulties. I’m late eight days and they locked me out. How ridiculous is this!!!!!

She helped me through the paperwork over the phone and even called back to let me know that I was successful. Kudos to Danielle and thank you for your incredible customer service.

Our customer service representative was knowledgeable and kind. Which is head and shoulders above the service I have received anywhere else this year.

May 02,2023Tausha was WONDERFUL! She answered every question we had with patience and knowledge. She guided us through each step of the process and make sure we didn’t have any questions left unanswered. She even gave us information. We hadn’t thought of. She showed us where the security cameras replaced, she let us screenshot the map she let us do a practice run through to make sure we were not confused about the access process. She made us feel very confident and comfortable that our car is safe and secure. We are thrilled with our experience.

May 13,2023Upon reserving a storage unit, I received a call to come tour the facility. I went in and was greeted by a friendly face. I was given the tour and was helped with finalizing the rental, signing up for the app and using the gate keypad. I would absolutely refer this facility to any friends looking for a storage unit, based on my experience with the staff, as well as the condition of the facility.
