In the beginning, my rep, Joel, was great! He followed up, responded & answered any questions I had. They even walked me through how to set them up & use them properly! I have to say, that my hearing aids have made an incredible difference in my life & didn't realize I was missing as much as I was!!! I have had, however, some unwanted & unpleasant experiences. The first incident that occurred was me calling them prior to my first payment coming out to advise that while the hearing aids work great, I was unable to use them at work as there was too much feedback even on the noise cancelling headphones & requested that they send me out either a different pair or help me find a resolution. They agreed to try longer wires & took out the first payment anyway even after they were never received. So I called again & requested a refund, because I was unsatisfied & I hadn't received my longer wires so I couldn't make an accurate determination as whether or not they were a good fit. After speaking with a supervisor she agreed to pull the call & conveniently stated that she couldn't find the call, they weren't refunding the money & then agreed to send (re-send) me longer wires along with some batteries & new earbuds to attempted to resolve this issue. Those I received pretty quickly. The next episode that ensued was that of yet again another payment that had caused me to go negative & unable to pay rent or another bill that was due after I specifically emailed customer support to request 1 week in advance for them not to take out the payment & asked them to please push my payment out two weeks as there wouldn't be sufficient funds to cover the bills as my paycheck would be significantly less due to me being sick & missing work. I then received a phone call from a woman named Suzette who had tried calling me back a few times & we kept playing phone tag as I was at work, couldn't answer my phone/respond in time & wasn't able to call her back before she left (as we are also in different time zones). As a result, the payment was taken out anyway. When I once again called & emailed & aired my grievances, I finally got a call back from her who said that again, they weren't going to refund the money but they would lower my payment from the $69.99/month down to $35 for next month but stated that an email was insufficient; they needed a phone call & then patronized me by asking why, if I was having financial difficulties did I even ordered them in the first place?! I was very taken aback & offended by her tone & implication. I explained at the time I ordered them there was no financial hardship, but my hours had since been reduced down to just 15 hours/week. Furthermore, an email was sent as my phone was turned off & I had no way of contacting them. So to say that my experience has been stellar up to now, is far from accurate. We'll see how this upcoming month goes.
For years I've had problems with my hearing, more on my left then with my right. I got the ListenClear hearing aids and now I hear things I haven't heard in years. I have two beautiful nieces that are girl scouts and now instead of having to tap me on my shoulder to get my attention they just say name and I hear them. Andrew Kaune

All I can say is that the product works like I was told, and not only do I appreciate how well I can hear everything - I am able to say that the people I have worked with have kept their word. They have answered my questions, sent me what they promised without fail. I would recommend this company and their products without reservation!

I tried the listen clear product on a whim an it improved my hearing considerably. I compared it with the Costco product and found it to be equivalent but for $400 less. The only problem I have had was that the right ear connector keeps coming loose and the aid drops on the floor leaving the tube in my ear. I have solved this problem by putting a dab of glue on the connector.
Very great employee representative .Knowledgeable and polite .The 45 trial gave us time to grade the hearing aids well.My husband enjoys hearing concerts and groups in conversation more now .Thanks again for you discounted price since we paid in full!I would like a warranty in writing if we could get one
I use my hearing aids every day. I no longer say what to what others are saying, they are comfortable and well worth it.
It truly hard to say how satisfied I am because I’m not the one wearing the hearing sides I got them for my mom who is ninety years of age it the beginning they seemed to work well or so she said but now she acts as though they are not working out out so good for her so we’re stuck now with a product we can’t say for sure is best for our loved one and there doesn’t seem to be any options available to us at this point
The hearing aid is great. There is a setting for every instance. The only draw back I see is the fit in the ear, it doesn't want to stay in the ear canal. It is still a good unit.
I got these for my mother, and they are very good. We have experienced some problems but these are related to her dementia, being able to hear has been a help.
I put them in as soon as I got them and have worn them daily since they came. I would definitely recommend your company to others. One of my relatives got some advertised on tv (the rechargeable kind) and sent them back within two weeks. We are glad I didnt get that kind.

I requested twice to return the equipment and the rep insured me that you could make them work for me if I would get a resent hearing exam details to you. My problem is since that time I've had to deal with my wife having a severe stroke. I neither have the time or the resources to fulfill your request. I have NOT wore the aids more than the few minutes when I first received them. I still would like to return them before my money runs so short your auto bill pay starts bounces. May 30,2019We are so delighted to find hearing aids that are payable by month and that they work. He has been really happy for my birthday gift to him in Jan with these hearing aids. One of them needs replaced for the whole chamber is confusing to add the battery.. but we are sure they will keep us both happy for years to come. I am still learning how to keep them working good but never had any experience with aids before. Appreciate how the company is working with us to help us set them up to use. So far no other aids have been as positive to use as these Listen Clears.
