May 29,2019Theses hearing aids are terrible they aren't worth the money. I have asked for longer speaker wires and they said they don't have any longer and my hearing aides sit on top of ear and not down behind my ears.

May 29,2019Hearing aids are great. I did have to return them because the remote went bad. Representative was extremely helpful and, after walking me through some possible fixes, she said they would replace the entire package. Even emailed postage-free return label. I am awaiting new set. Extremely pleasant and helpful representatives. No problem or hassle involved.
