These hearing aides are old-school amplifiers...so, if all you need is for sound to be louder, this might help you out. However, there are many amplifier hearing aids on the market for a LOT less $$$$. They are charging state-of-the-art prices that you would pay for computer programmable units that adjust for many different settings and sound quality, etc. There's are very old technology.
I am very impressed with my hearing aids. They are wonderful. Just had one sent back for repair and received it back today. The people on the phones are very helpful and caring. It is wonderful to have this wonderful company to help me with my hearing concerns. Thank you and continue to do great work!
would not recommend this Company at all
The hearing aid did not work for me but I was amazed and pleased that they stood behind what they said and I was able to return them
I could not hear vary we'll always asking to repeat until my new hearing aides thank you
For 1600 dollars I would expect at least acceptable audio quality. Spend the cash and go to a reputable audiologist for a proper test and fitting. Not sure is recommend these for anyone other than an unfortunate person with no insurance.
I did not purchase your product because they did not work for me.
The longer I interacted with the representative who contacted me, the less I trusted what I was told. First the ship/delivery times kept getting extended, then questions about the company itself were dodged. The reviews I found online were about 85-90% negative, most of them extremely so. I bailed out and cancelled my order.
I was very excited when I spoke to the sales man about your product. I have a 20% hearing loss from being in construction. upon receiving the hearing aids I had a few questions on installation into the ear. having to do with a piece of plastic that was attached to each ear piece but not shown on the instructions. it took 3 calls and about 20 minutes to speak to someone. they told me it was an optional support and that I could remove it. so I did.. they fit rather comfortably in the ear. turned them on and I could hear better. the instruction book was not user friendly on how to adjust and start using them. I was told that someone would contact me to go over things and to check in periodically to check on my satisfaction.----- This never happened I played with them for 3 weeks still no call ---- I figured they didn't care , so I finally called them and told them I was returning the hearing aids. after that I , just for curiosity checked other reviews and they all basically said the same thing about service. therefore I am going elsewhere. thank you
The products from Listenclear offer good value for the money. Simple requests from customer service are handled well. One area of concern: I wanted to pay my total bill off early. It took me 4 phone calls and finally sitting on the line while they fetched someone who was "able to take my payment." Whoever was supposed to have called me back to take my payment information never did. Other than that I am well pleased with the value, and, as I said, simple requests like sending out new batteries, exchanging earplugs, etc are taken care of easily.
During my free trail period, the experience was excellent. I did not purchase the product because, after trying the hearing aid, I did not feel that I was ready for it yet. If and when I do, for sure I would purchase from Listen Clear.
I have not tried other hearing aids. It is helping a lot but not perfect. They exchanged the in the ear model for external one without a hitch.
I worked with 3 different techs, all knew the product well and had my account in front of them to continue to serve me.
Listen clear has been very helpful and cooperative
They have helped quite a bit. The background noise is a nuisance.
I used listen-clear hearing aids for about 45 days. I liked how they fit on my ears. But, as I was using them, I have found a number of problems! 1. As I was trying to find the right setting for my hearing I found out that listen-clear only works in stereo settings. 2. When I try to turn up the hearing aids they both go up in sound. One of my ears are at a point of having normal hear loss, the other ear had a loss by being hit in the head area which brought on the hearing loss. 3. I just found out I have a different kind of hearing loss. Listen-clear is for people that have normal hearing loss. Not for people that have difficult hearing loss. I need a hearing aid that can be turned up or down in each ear. Not in stereo!
Got Listen Clear for my eighty year old mother and she couldn't believe how much she had been missing. She could hear so clearly we had to turn it down to the lowest setting. They stay in very well and are practically invisible.
I tried the product it did not work for me .The return went very smoothly
Professionally presented, Questions were answered in a timely, precise manner and with knowledge of the product and it's affects on my overall well being.

Aug 31,2016Sorry that the remote for the pro hearing aid was so bulky and unattractive. I was very pleased with the pro aid, but I did not find the remote easy to use. It looks bulky and ugly. I went to a Audibel company and they have a remote that looks more like a credit card. That probably would have been a much better solution. The ListenClear basic hearing aid also did not have any programs to use. It would have been one choice and the volume was not adjustable in an easy manner. Mailing it in and waiting for the return is not user friendly. I really did give ListenClear a chance, so sorry that the product was below average. I do have to say that your phone workers are polite, respectful, and for the most part, informed about what you offer.
