As you already know I am not happy with my hearing aids but since I chose not to do the trial time I am stuck paying for something that is not working for me so I don't give a damn if I get batteries or not I should stop payment and send them back to you

Not impressed. Paying for something I can’t use. They have a high pitched shreek when I put them on so I can’t wear them. I have called in and told them about the noise and they said that it was the wire. They sent a new wire and that did not work.
After purchasing your hearing aids from you a lot of other companies offered their hearing aids alot cheaper. But you do have great service so far.
The company makes a good product and stands behind it
These hearing aids are just not very good, at least for my hearing loss. I can't wear them in any kind of noisy environment, like Costco on Saturday or a ball game. Even at church they seem to pick up every crying baby, cough, or whatever, and I still can't distinguish the speakers voice very well. A waste of $1600.00
I can hear very well with them and their practically unnoticeable, the only problem I have is my ears itch so bad when I have them in that I have to take them out , I wish I could find a remedy.

I got my hearing aids when I got them they didn't work well. I called and talked to Alex. He gave me a discount which was cool with me. I sent my aids back with my hearing test. They sent it back but still not not right.

I can hear good with these hearing aids, the only problem is the ends that snap on sometimes get loose and causes the hearing aid not to work.
For its price, the ListenClear product is excellent. It can certainly be improved, but likely at a much higher cost. However, one improvement that shouldn't cost that much would be Bluetooth connectivity. Another would be to reduce the size of the remote control, which is a nice feature as is. Especially worth noting is the extremely high quality of the customer service responses that I have received. They could be a model for other consumer electronics companies.
These were good for awhile but now they hurt my ears. I don't wear them every day because of that.
I bought my hearing aid 24 months ago and love them because I can hear my name called at the lab and can talk to my doctor without asking him to speak up. I can now talk with friends and family. No one likes to ask some one to speak up all the time. I couldn’t afford the expensive hearing aid but could listen clear. I loved them from day one.
