We had an install booked this week sadly couldn’t get it all completed on one day due to a neighbour parking over a drain but Daniel the installation engineer was great did all he could and then helped get us booked back in a couple days later. He arrived today and finished and already amazing speeds, Daniel was great throughout everything! Thank you

Initial install was all going smoothly but unsuccessful due a blockage in the open reach piping. The installer was very helpful in explaining the process that would then follow and set up all external and internal works ready for completion. Lit fibre civics team then came out on a Sunday morning to clear the blockage which was complete within 20 minutes. Installer Daniel who was very helpful, polite and efficient, came out the following Sunday morning and completed the install in no time at all. Although there were some delays due to the blockage (which was no fault of Lit) the Lit team went out of their way working two Sundays to ensure my broadband was connected. So far so good, speeds are so much faster than previous provider and at much less cost.

Couldn't connect app to found, serial number and MAC numbers that I had to type in was different to those on router itself, and when I do ring litfibre can never get through on there call line it goes to a dead tone. Out of three male answered phonecall and one lady it took her to successfully complete and fix my technical issue and correct the email address taken wrongly.

The installing engineer, Luke, was great. Friendly, helpful and offered loads of useful info. So far, day 1, both download and upload speeds are excellent and consistent. Great price and no in contract increases is the icing on the cake. So far, very impressed. Two issues have been, one, a lack of stock of the 'pro' router that should have come with my package. I'm told I'll be provided one but I've been asked to chase Lit for this in a week. I would have preferred they owned the issue and contact me. Two, the installation was initially cancelled 30 minutes into my allocated time slot and I was offered "the next available slot" for almost 2 weeks later. As I WFH I asked to cancel and decided to stay with my current provider. At the mention of cancelling, a slot became available later that day.

I contacted Lit fibre before placing an order to confirm they would be able to provide me with fibre as no other provider can. They assured me they can as there had been an external survey and a suitable duct had been identified. I contacted them multiple times prior to my installation date to try and bring it forward as I didn’t want to be in a situation where I was left without internet as I work from home and my heating, cctv etc rely on internet but was unable to do so. On the installation day after drilling into my property and fixing the equipment to my wall (despite the installation guide advising outside works take place first) a blockage was found in the ducts outside and they were unable to connect me. The engineer mentioned another property on the same road had a similar issue so unsure why I was advised it would be such an easy process. Anyway I am now left without any internet and cannot get through to a manager as apparently there is no facility to transfer calls and they cannot provide any timescales for a call back. I am faced with either being left without internet for an indefinite amount of time or taking my custom elsewhere and if I do, there will be damage both internally and externally that Lit will be liable for.

Had Lit fibre installed today. My partner & I both work so we needed an appointment after 3.30pm. When I arrived home Steve the Lit fibre engineer was waiting for us. He done a swift and tidy job and I now have super fast internet. Thanks Lit.

I recently had the pleasure of upgrading to Lit Fibre broadband, and I must say, the installation process was seamless, thanks to the incredible professionalism of the two technicians Raion and Chris, who were not only skilled but also remarkably courteous. From the moment they arrived, they were thorough in explaining the setup process and what I could expect in terms of service and performance. They worked efficiently, ensuring everything was perfectly configured and that all my devices were connected and running at optimal speeds. Their attention to detail was exemplary; they managed to install the equipment without any disruption to my home's layout, taking great care to leave the area as neat as it was when they arrived. Furthermore, they performed a comprehensive check to confirm that the signal strength was excellent in all parts of my home, which was a concern I had initially. What stood out most was their patience and willingness to address every question I had, no matter how trivial. They ensured that I was fully informed and comfortable with the new system before concluding their visit. Their friendly demeanor and expert knowledge made the entire experience enjoyable. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by Lit Fibre’s installation team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their technical expertise are truly commendable. Kaloyan was a great help today. Lit fibre has been fantastic for 18 months so I have now taken a new 24 month contract.

I've been a trouble free happy customer for nearly year. Over the last week my connection began randomly dropping. Several calls to the tech team (who always pick up quickly so I'm never in a queue) failed to get to the root of the problem. My latest call was on a Sunday and they said I needed a home visit. The earliest appointment was the following Tuesday. The engineer was here on the dot and swapped my router. Efficient, friendly and quick service all round. I hope that the takeover by City Fibre does not result in customers being screwed, yet again, by big broadband providers.

Chris did a good job. No mess no fuss and all well explained. Everything now working well and very fast. One small problem 2 x iPads will no longer send outgoing mail although they will receive incoming mail. I'm sure we will find a solution to this eventually.

Having had enough of Virgin price hikes and poor customer service I decided to switch providers. Lit Fibre answered the phone and within a minute I was speaking with a human that explained the package and the switching procedure and various package options. The engineer, Daniel from Trowbridge, arrived on time, explained the process and the end result is a very fast connection for 1/2 the price of my previous provider fixed for 24 months. I thought I may require a range extender/mesh system but getting about 300mb connection in furthest room so very happy.

Great customer service from the salesman Sharif to the installing engineers Chris and Ray they were all brilliant. If I could give them 10 stars I would have. Very quick service and broadband was set up with 2 days of myself speaking to Sharif. Chris and Ray were very friendly and did there job efficiently.

Moved into my new property last Tuesday and thanks to Lit fibre I now have ultra fast internet. Thanks to Steve who done a super job. Highly recommend.
