Apr 20,2024Carl was friendly although I did get confused with how to keep my land line which I ended up not doing. Very hard to trust callers at the door these days but Carl did take the time to reassure me that the call was genuine.

Apr 20,2024I had never heard of Lit before but I was fed up of my current broadband supplier poor WiFi, I was having issues with daily crashing. Joining Lit was fast and easy and I could not believe how soon I was able to join. I did have an issue but they dealt with it very well and quickly. Most important thing and I know it's only been 2 weeks but my WiFi is now amazing all over my home. I have pad for the Lit 1000 and paid more for 2 meshes on top for my 3 bedroom home and I have no complaints at all. The speeds I get are amazing. I'm getting more upload speed now then I used to get as my download!
