Apr 18,2024It must’ve been perfect timing that as my current contract with EE Wi-Fi was coming to an end Carl Brice showed up at my door to tell me about LitFibre, at first I was sceptical but once he explained the packages and the excellent pricing it was a no brainer. I had my new Internet installed yesterday, engineer was excellent. Had a few issues getting online at first but again I called Carl and within the hour it was sorted. So far I am incredibly impressed with Lit Fibre hopefully it stays like this

So far the experience has been very positive with everything so far as Carl Brice explained it to me. So far so good. Carl was very open and up front when offering the service to me. So far I’m very pleased I signed up and hope it will continue.

Apr 18,2024It was a good sales experience, even though I don't do deals at the front door. Taking no more than my email address, he set me up on the LIT system. I then went independently on their website to finish it with no problems.

Apr 17,2024Engineer Steve in the chelmsford area was great, called before arriving and explained everything before carrying out the work. I like that Lit uses their own engineers for installs as other companies use dodgy subcontractors that never know what to do. The customer support agents always reply to emails within 30mins and are always helpful. I hope lit doesn't become a generic company and keeps its values!

Apr 17,2024We were with a competing Broadband provider whose prices were going up when Carl Bryce (salesman for Lit fibre)knocked on our Front Door,he convinsed me of the price benefit of switching to Lit fibre. I was not sure of the Quality of the product but we gave it a try. I need not have worried as the quality and price are excellent,so well done Carl and Lit fibre.

Apr 17,2024Excellent experience on installation! Just had the installer finish installing my service and it was a very challenging one because of the layout of the piping underground. The installer (Yusif) tried for a long time to get the cable through but it kept getting stuck. He didn’t give up however, and managed to get it done in the end! Super star!

Apr 17,2024Carl Brice knocked at my door one evening, I don't usually entertain sales people but he was very friendly and explained the deal he could offer, my old contract was due to expire so I said I would think about it, he wasn't pushy and gave me his card and said just ring if I wanted to have the deal, which I did the next day. I glad I did as I'm very happy with the service

Apr 17,2024My encounter with Lit Fibre got off to a rocky start. The technician was unexpectedly absent on the installation day, prompting me to reschedule for two weeks later. Unhappy with this delay as I had cleared my schedule, I reached out to express my frustration and offered a positive review in exchange for an expedited installation. Fortunately, they accommodated my request, and I now relish in the blazing 1Gbps speed with direct fibre connectivity at home. The symmetrical upload and download speeds, enabling me to achieve 700Mbps on Speedtest through my phone, are particularly impressive 🤩. Transitioning from VM, with its lackluster customer service and meager upload speed, has significantly improved the efficiency of my daily tasks.
