Jun 23,2023Terrible after care service. Hope you don't have any issues, as they'll do their best to fob you off. Had a bit of a problem with the TPMS sensors, and they put my valves on the inside of the wheel meaning I couldn't get to them in case of emergency. They made excuses for this which other tyre professionals laughed at. I had to get another set of valves from a different wheel company and have them installed on the outer rim. Also, my wheels don't match & the rear have a darker tint, making them look odd and stupid when on the car. Really evident now I've removed the wheels to make way for my winter wheels/tyres, although LK don't want to know and fobbed me off again as it's been 4 months. I wasn't even asking for replacements, just a contribution towards a re-lacquer. Seriously, other places sell wheels, go there!

Jun 17,2023Wanted some new wheels tyres for c63 and LK performance delivered very help full front staff showing types of wheels suitable for my c63, Great price for wheels and tyres plus new tpms sensor was contacted when when tyres arrived, And only took 10 to 15mins to be back on road they even protected inside of vehicle with card board to protect interior from old wheels that I asked to be put in boot. Good set of professional people that work at LK and recommending to people and friends who are looking for new wheels.

Jun 06,2023I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing and having my new rims and tyres installed by LK Performance for my beloved Audi S7. Unfortunately, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with their services, as they have not only failed to meet their promises but also compromised the safety and quality of the installation. Initially, I was assured by the staff at LK Performance that the rims would be a perfect fit for my Audi S7. However, it became evident after some time that they had utilized spacers to increase the center hub size without even informing me. This deceitful action has caused numerous issues, primarily the uneven wear on my tyres. I guess everyone can understand the importance of precise fittings and the consequences that arise from disregarding them. What is even more concerning is the abysmal quality of the spacers used. To my disbelief, I discovered that some crucial components of these spacers were made of plastic. Plastic in such a vital part of the installation raises serious concerns about durability, safety, and overall quality. It is utterly unacceptable for a reputable company to employ such substandard materials and compromise the safety of my vehicle. The fact that LK Performance did not disclose their use of spacers and the poor quality of those spacers demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. As a customer, I trust service providers to prioritize my safety, satisfaction, and the longevity of my vehicle. However, in this case, LK Performance has fallen short of these expectations in the most egregious manner. In light of this experience, I cannot recommend LK Performance to any Audi owner or any car enthusiast for that matter. Their disregard for integrity, their willingness to use subpar materials, and their failure to communicate crucial details about the installation have left me extremely dissatisfied and questioning their competency. I implore others to exercise caution and consider alternative options when it comes to rim and tyre installations. It is disheartening to witness such negligence and lack of professionalism from a company that claims to provide quality services. Save yourself the frustration and potential safety hazards by looking elsewhere for a reputable and trustworthy establishment that values their customers and upholds the highest standards of workmanship. Edit to add the reply to LK's reply: The spigot ring isn't the biggest problem. But the use of spacers is! While speaking on the phone the person was showing an aggressive manner and didn't want to understand that without the spacers the alignment is spot on and with spacers it is off. How can this be explained? Easy! The main issue with a wheel spacer is that it moves the wheel to a wider position whilst the rest of the suspension arms remain in the same place. In particular, the king pin inclination axis remains in the same place. Therefore, fitting a wheel spacer moves the wheel outboard and alters the scrub radius of the car. Fitting a wheel spacer will increase the positive scrub radius at the front wheels which has some unfavourable consequences. If your car has the favourable set up of negative scrub radius then installing a wheel spacer can cause big issues. The outward movement of the wheel can make a negative scrub radius become zero or positive. This is the worst position for it to be in. A zero or positive scrub radius can cause squirm. This is where a scrubbing action occurs on both front tyres in opposite directions which can create unpredictable handling in corners and can lead to uneven wear on the outside edges too. This is information provided by Hunter, one of the best manufacturers of wheel alignment equipment. And also can be found in multiple resources across the internet. About your concern that I post a review after 2 years. As explained on the phone - the car is used only ocassionally and this is why it took so long for me to find the problem. P.S: on the invoice I have only the rims, tyres and a free fitting kit which as confirmed on the phone consist of only spigot rings. Not a single word about the spacers

May 31,2023I would give LK performance 10 stars if I could , I was going to buy some alloys and tyres for my motorhome from another firm advertising on ebay and after speaking with them(the ebay firm)they told me I could have them delivered within 48hrs,but I had then to fit them so I thought I would try a closer place to me , and Im glad I did as after speaking to LK performance who had the same alloys and tyres in stock told me that the ones I had picked originally at the ebay firm,would not fit and told me to change the tyres to a cheaper priced tyre that would fit and that they would also fit them for me. They saved me £200 on the tyres alone and also time. And the new alloys and tyres "only just fitted the arches" which proved they were right . Thankyou LK top knowledge and friendly from front desk to fitters. Would definitely recommend

May 27,2023I am beyond frustrated with the experience I had with LK Performance. When I ordered a full set of wheels from them, I had a holiday booked and needed new tyres, so I decided to invest in some new wheels too. After only 3000 miles of use, I found that the TPS sensors didn't work. When I contacted the company about it, they told me to send the sensors back which are in the wheels but only wanted the sensors? To make matters worse, the wheels were damaged and when I reached out to them for help, they refused to take ownership and put things right. Their emails were dismissive and blaming me for the damage, leaving me feeling extremely unhappy. It's incredibly disappointing to have received such poor customer service and to be left with damaged goods that they refuse to fix.

May 14,2023Went to LK performance to get a new set of alloys for my car. I opted for the Fox racing BMA’s. The staff are helpful and approachable and will walk you through the different options you have. The prices are very reasonable and service is second to none. From walking in the door I was driving out with new alloys in 1.5 hours. Can’t complain about LK Performance and would definitely recommend them.

I rang up to make some enquiries before placing my order with them & they got back to me very quickly with the information that I needed. I subsequently ordered a wheels & tyres package from them at a very competitive price & was kept updated about my order because they had to come from the manufacturer in Germany. I travelled an hours drive to their premises & had them fitted & found them to be professional, helpful & very competitively priced & as such would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending LK Performance.
