Sep 29,2023On recieving my order i found one of the wheels to be damaged, i contacted yourselves with images and was told by your sales manager that i was flat out lieing and that i had curbed the wheel, which isnt the case in the slightlest. To be instanstly judged and accused isnt an experience any customer should have to deal with. Obviously this is quite upsetting after spending close to £1400 with yourselves. Im incredibly close to putting in a formal complaint and i believe the way i was treated was incredibly unprofessional especially considering now my emails to said sales manager are now getting ignored.

Tried to even get away with hoping I wouldn’t notice incorrect alloys were fitted. Too many emails sent with hardly any feedback and taking weeks to respond. Adam is a complete waste of time. This business couldn’t run a nursery party!

Sep 18,2023Alloys were fine and look really good. However the fitting kit provided was too big for the alloy and eventually broke the spigot ring trying to get it in. Had to order a new fitting kit online

Sep 07,2023Recently bought a set of FOX wheels from these guys. Wheels were delivered super fast, however I was sent the wrong spigot rings. I sent an email and this was rectified super fast. I had the correct sent asap. We all make mistakes, we're not robots, not going to knock them for that! Will definitely be coming back for more parts soon!

Sep 04,2023My Custom van had 20 inch wheels. they were beautiful but not practical. I spent 3 hours traveling to see the store and I don't regret a single minute of it. I bought Rihno 16 inch rims and Bdgoodrich all terrian tires and changed my van. Now there is no road that can prevent you from reaching it. I recommend the store's very professional service. I will definitely come back to them

Sep 01,2023Shocking customer service. No updates, order changes and then when want to cancel due to their service get told they keep 20%. Wow! Apparently the 20% is worth more than being correct and fair.
