Jan 31,2023Disgusting customer service, the wheels I ordered look nothing like the pictures and they’ve refused to do anything about it at all even though they’ve not been removed from there box they’ve classed them as used and told me it’s tough S/@&. The words I wrote wasn’t the literal term they used of course (annoyed after speaking to them and being badgered to leave a review) but it is still the answer I got at the end of it all from them. The wheels themselves do look like the pictures but they are all out of dimension compared to what the pictures shown and look weird. If you order tyres on your selected wheels be warned they are instantly classed as used when they fit them even before they arrive to you, and there’s nothing they will do about it. I am now stuck with near £900 wheels and tyres still in their boxes that are useless to me. More lies in the reply again…. I have a email that says “tyres was purchased with the order and fitted in Germany and are now classed as used so sorry I cannot help you”. So what is it different that you can help with? I’ve contacted customer services five times now and get the same thing over an over so stop replying here making out you can do something if I just contact you, when you won’t.

Wheel nuts fitted. Would use again cracking little shop Oh and they even give you the spigot rings. Awesome shop well done guys 😎
